Do you guys think Specht knew what she was contributing to?

The only thing I want to know is:I did print this thing out because Autistic Reasons.
You can kill someone with this if you print it single sided and in black and white. This still took an industrial printer 10minutes to slog through to get out the other end.
This massive, useless, trash pile of a document is only used to keep Staples' stock up as someone has to print and read through it.
Honestly? I think she may have been talked into it strictly because Vic cheated on her. I doubt she'd actually be one to corroborate any of the accusations and lie under oath, but I have no doubts she'd rather see Vic miserable than just let this slide.Do you guys think Specht knew what she was contributing to?
She might also have been convinced by kickvic. He did cheat on her so she might believe he probably has other dark shit to hide, or has been up to a lot of dirty shit since the break up.Honestly? Michelle is probably the one person I can't even fault if she does want to maliciously ruin Vic's career, despite how great a guy Vic does seem to be, what he did to her is horrible and no one should have to go through it.She might also have been convinced by kickvic. She's probably just being an angry ex, but having your trust shattered can make you believe anything about someone.

Meh. She could--and probably should--have left him at any point. There's no need to feel sorry for anyone who maintains a relationship with someone they know is cheating on the regular. You might just as well consider her an enabler of Vic's less-than-praiseworthy behavior.
Wait, does Vic stalk older women, or PYTs (pretty young things)?Quick update regarding the Tekko affidavits.

Also, affidavits need to back each other up, not look like a fucking reenactment of the classic film Rashomon.

'Cause Mari Iijima is 56 now. She would've been 44 in '07, and 47 in 2010. I grant, some Japanese women put off aging like it's an inconvenient chore, but that's getting a little long in the tooth for chasing.

They're not obliged to include any of those affidavits. I guess they're hoping they'll be able to overcome the inconsistencies between them.
I've scrolled like 1000 times and am still only at page 279. The judges eyeballs are going to be spinning counter clockwise by the time he hits page 40 or so and realizes he's not even 1/10th of the way done.
Ty basically declared he would move to strike all that garbage. I can't imagine the judge would even give it more than a glance 1/100th a way through when he would agree. I truly wish to be a fly on the wall listening to Casey argue that HUNDREDS of pages of pure speculation, hearsay and trash is admissible.I've scrolled like 1000 times and am still only at page 279. The judge isn't going to read it all. One of his assistants will put together a summary of the (actually) important bits and BHBH will likely move to have large parts of it declared inadmissible.
