Dude Monica should dump Soye and get with another lanky, bearded, balding man named George Ouzonian. The two would be perfect

Holy shit don't tease me with the tantalizing idea of that dream team. There would need to be a phase where George starts a podcast with her because he TOTALLY ALWAYS LOVED ANIME AND NOT TO JUST GET IN HER PANTS.

Fuck you for exciting me like this.

Then why does nearly every anime featuring high school kids (so nearly every anime) feature scenes of the characters hanging out on the school roof?

(Seriously, even before this incident, I wondered about that.)

A lot of anime tropes (and fictional tropes in general) are done for the audience/writer convenience. A rooftop is a great place to have a private scene with only a few characters, just like an empty classroom. Even though in reality schools don't like the students being able to sneak off unsupervised.

It's like how the protagonist is always in the window seat so they can see outside and only talk to the secondary characters surrounding them.

Looking on GameFAQs reminds me that any stupidity can be defended. I still love that place regardless

They're claiming two instances where Vic and Kara did the tango at a 2008 Animazement panel and the other weirdly wasn't caught on video? Christ, they really are willing to disregard all reason to avoid admitting they're wrong.

Kara Edwards unironically said "literally shaking". :story: Are those guys for real? From what I've seen Funimation is like high school for adult exceptional children. All the pettiness and backstabbing.
Kara's butthurt over not getting cast in Vic's Star Trek series and instead losing the part to Vic's ex-fiance, who she implies is a jealous bitch, was about as petty as it gets.

This trivia paints the rooftop scenes in The Room in a whole new light, Tommy really was brilliant.

It is likely that rooftop access at school might have been a thing decades ago (when the writers went to school) But these days buildings tend to lock those doors for fear somebody will commit suicide via jumping. Just look at the tragic KyoAni Fire this week. Of the 33 dead, 20 were found trapped trying to get out the locked rooftop access fire escape door.

It's weird knowing they locked the doors on a bunch of adults. At least you can argue children can be unpredictable.

Some GFAQS nutter is trying to defend Michelle's story. Is it bullshit from that 500+ TCPA?
