I currently don't have the brain power to delve through 529 pages of autism. People have been talking about how this TCPA is a joke when compared to Vic's case, but i have a question. How damaging is this for Funimation? For example; Funimation doesn't support bullying or harassment of any kind right? Yet it is common practice to refer to locks as 'Vic locks'? It sure looks like it's SOP at Funimation to routinely bad mouth Vic.

So defaming Vic in all their filings so far is really going all in on the crazy. I love how fucking stupid their filings are. I think Ron is doing most of the writing and the lawyers are just being yes man and filing the stupid as long as the bills are paid.

The pain of having people he's known for more than a decade backstab him and sully his reputation with lies, kick him out of his job of voicing an ultra Chad that he was emotionally connected with, and ruin the after party of the 3rd highest grossing anime film of all time. Vic's driving this train until the passengers are either jobless or give a complete redaction of everything they've said, and even that might not be enough.

Am I crazy or does Ex C Paragraph 25 not fucking exist? It's the Edwards Aff, which assuming the numbering is correct, goes to 24.
Edit: This is probably a typo, she mentions Kiwifarms and Vics fans on paragraph 23. Nick is once again not actually mentioned.

Over 2000 pages with multiple prunings and offshoot threads to cull it. I've been following this since the beginning and this train has no breaks. This has been the dumbest and most hilarious lawsuit I've ever followed and I'm counting the lolsuit. Goddamn, I love the internet

The case is over. Kick Vic has won. Moronica's Anti Slapp filing has enough silver bullets to do Vic in and Ty will lose the case again, for the last time.
The TCPA will go so bad for Vic that they will turn it into a criminal trial and Judge Chupp will find Vic guilty and sentence him to death. A portable electric chair will be wheeled out and Vic will be executed immediately. The everyone in the courtroom will clap. Ty and everyone at his firm will be disbarred and they will be sentenced to jail for defending Vic and not believing waman.
For Rekieta's involvement Texas will declare war on Minnesota thus plunging the United States into a second Civil War.
Kiwi Farms will also be raided by the glow in the dark niggers and we will all be deported to New Zeland. Regardless of country of origin. This backfires horrifically. We organize and overthrow the New Zeland government and turn the country into a military superpower. Then we take over the world for LOLz.
So it works out kinda bittersweet.
