I honestly think that Monica and Ron had to put most of this together and just get their lawyers to sign off on it. They had to put this together themselves because they're out of fucking money. Why do you think the GoFundMe is a CONSTANT thing they talk about? Ty wants to drag them into as many hearings as possible because he knows they can't afford it and is seeking to hit them where it hurts as hard as he can. He's putting pressure on them and their lawyers. He's got a 200k+ warchest to work from, plus maybe another 100k-200k from Vic himself.

How anyone can think Toye's deposition was anything other than a fucking dumpster fire is beyond me. And know the affidavit calls EVERYTHING Monica claims into question. Contrary to what this fucking absolute shitstain thinks, that affidavit in any normal person's mind will brand her as a liar.

Congratulations for basically admitting why he isn't a public figure. A Twitter thread is never going to be enough to establish someone as a general purpose public figure, and a deliberate and malicious attempt to influence the ongoing legal proceedings by drumming up publicity solely for that purpose is not going to establish a limited public figure, since that status is reserved for those who deliberately inject themselves into a controversy.
