Not sure. The point of the TCPA is to demonstrate that the lawsuit it combats is an inherently frivolous motion meant to silence speech protected by the First Amendment. Her TCPA challenges Plaintiff to prove its charges before the court hearing proper takes place... which would appear to inherently give credence to the idea that it's not an inherently frivolous lawsuit.

Actually, they didn't. This is Vic Resume how do they know he was not a volunteer. If he is a volunteer he does not need to live in the same state he just needs to help when he is there, or whenever he feels like it.

It's an unnecessary conjecture to make, given everything, including the fact that on its face the position as described appears to be either full-time or at least with full-time responsibilities, especially as there's no overlap with any other position, suggesting that it was his only job of note at that stretch.

Wouldn't make sense to do volunteer work of any kind in another state, and commit to traveling every time you're needed.

True but I am looking at it like this, the resume even the jobs are all around video production. Even his job as a police officer mentioned his video production. This resume seems to be made around the idea of video production. Which leads me to believe he cut out anything that has nothing to do with video production. Like, say a job in Florida at a school he clearly said happened after he stopped being a police officer.

You got to see a lot of Vic's demons because Michelle vomited out all of her side of the story. There are always multiple sides to a relationship, and emotions are complex.

It's easy to write someone off as an asshole, and you'd be wrong. Michelle is just as deceitful as Vic in this scenario, because she isn't owning any of her part in this. That's not saying Vic is completely clean sheet in this, just saying it's dirtier than one may think it is.

I've seen these issues in countless couples. Yes, men and women may think/handle things differently to a degree, but at the end of the day, human nature is universal.

At the end of it, they were incompatible personalities and weren't going to work together. If people want to be angry about that who aren't involved in the relationship, they should probably spend some time looking at their own flaws, because if it stirs up emotion in you, it's likely because you're seeing something that you don't like within yourself that you should probably deal with.

Infidelity is some bad shit, but let’s not pretend that it’s not something that roughly half of all couples experience (and prob even more than 50% have done it over a lifetime.)

Infidelity or even being a sex addict also has nada to do with being a rapist.

These are all things that a jury will understand, and the only reason it’s being mentioned now, is because this is literally all they got!

And with the unusually spiteful nature that seems so common among the KickVic crowd, they’ll probably trumpet it as loud as possible.

Completely ignoring that infidelity is the worst that they can prove Vic is guilty of, after accusing him of being a super-rapist, which kinda says it all.
