Fair enough point actually. She is manipulative, but she doesn't know it. And that means she will never be able to stop. She lacks the capacity for self-awareness, so I honestly think she lacks the capacity for improvement as well.

Being manipulative is a learned behavior, not a sign of intelligence. She's talked to enough idiots to know instinctively what works when dealing with them. Couple that with her promiscuity, her not being very attractive and therefore very approachable to people with low self esteem, and you get an individual who has no issues using people and throwing them away when it suits her.

I don't doubt you for a moment when you say she's dumb though. If they weren't plugged up, I bet her brains would ooze out her ears.

In this case, I fully believe mumkey, who sees no value in himself, is trying to "save" liu thereby creating value in himself. What he doesn't realize is basing a relationship on something like that is doomed to fail, and even if we were in a bizarro world where it did succeed, what happens once liu is "better"?
