They've really got it into their heads that President Trump is a secret loser because they cannot accept that they lost to him fair and square. In the presidential elections, the ones that they won and the last one that they won the popular vote on, were huge on that "moral arc of the universe tends towards justice," triumphalist Whig history sort of thing.
