Dox, and Nick is probably going through Marchi's TCPA, and maybe through some of the MoRon TCPA affidavits. Otherwise it's holding action.

I do remember Nick saying some docs might be filed soon, but concerning what I have no idea.

Not quite... If Nick's assessment of Judge Chupp is to be believed, it's VERY doubtful that he would wait until the deadline.

After all, we're talking about a No-Nonsense Republican judge that offered to sit through 16+ HOURS of depositions over the span of 3 DAYS just to cut the bullshit Casey, LemWAAHHHH, and Andrea would have pulled. I wouldn't be surprised if Chupp moves the hearing closer just to go ahead and get this heap of shit "TCPA" out of his docket.

The longer this goes on, the worse it gets for #KickVic... just look at Kara's little meltdown after she got caught lying.

There's still plenty of entertainment on the horizon~

Been talking with some KV spergs on the twitter front and they're (like always) claiming that the case is entirely in their favor, this time tho it's based on the snippet of one footnote about "vic locks" on doors, as if he's some kind of uncontrollable beast that requires deadbolts and containment procedures to keep his loins in check.

I have three theories:
1: Funi/Sony did ZERO investigation and just term'd vic to cover their own asses, and has this in writing.
2: Sabat's own history coming out
3: Kamehacon has hours and hours of voicemails :) :) :)

1 or 3 would be friggin' awesome IMO.
