This bears repeating. I remember lurking on the farms at the very beginning of the Vic controversy. Contrary to what you see today, people were on the fence; some people thought he was innocent, others had heard the stories about him and thought, maybe this one time, these type of people were in the right.

Then the Weeb Wars started and they started opening their mouths; never have I seen a tide turn that fast. Not that I blame anyone for thinking he might have been guilty and then changing their minds after seeing evidence, I just find it very amusing.

The best part is that through their actions, they've guaranteed that an industry backlash is inevitable. Because even if they are right, even if every story they said was true... They still lose.

Assuming this was true we have an entire industry who was complicit or assisted a child molesting rapist. The sole reason this came out now, assuming it's TRUE mind you, is because getting top billing in broly might have been enough for Vic to rise in his career and like crabs in a bucket, they wanted to drag him down.

If this is truly "the worst kept industry secret" as Kickvic says it is; what does that say about the industry?

I think it's a combination of growing resentment and woke politics over time.

I don't think he's had a big role in a while so when the Broly movie came out he was likely ecstatic which just pissed them all off again. They'd probably talked about doing something before, only this time someone actually pulled the trigger and set everything off and even if it wasn't particularly well planned out, it was time to ride or die. Yup that's what I think. He hasn't had too many lead roles lately and Funimation has been giving him bit parts and side characters. Broly would make him popular again and it was. Everyone wanted to talk to him. Plus they did try to get him recast before they even started recording. Jealousy.

IMO, the 'truth' is that you have an 'intersection' of idiocy and agenda. They are afterall, "intersectionalists." And lets be frank. All of these snowflakes individually can't find their asses with both hands much act intelligently.

On one hand, you have a group of people that have been 'educated' from birth by bubblewrap parenting that tells them they are the chosen ones, an educational system that teaches a history that never happened but is designed to achieve an agenda, and a media/entertainment industry that is on board with that agenda and reinforces it across all available outlets.

Throughout the above you have various groups and politicians working in concert to forward that agenda and together, there is your 'intersectionalism'. To what end? Obviously the same Utopia that the hard left control freak/Communist/Marxist/revolutionaries have promised in one form or another as long as civilization has existed.

But since that education system teaches a false history, they leave out that the Utopia of literature they base their Star Trekian future on was built on the backs of slaves and useful idiots. And by this point it should be pretty obvious who those are.

No, going after one voice actor or two or 20 isn't the 7th trumpet blowing, but it is one 'plank' of their overall manifesto. Another brick in their wall. Insert whatever metaphor here. There is a reason that within a handful of years so many hobbies and entertainment outlet have been attacked. And IMO its because finally, after years of training, programming and indoctrination, there are enough snowflakes to dump on society in one big avalanche.

Nailing Vic to a cross is just this week's "to do." If or when they fail will be a blow to the agenda in the sense that a lot of someones have put some effort into this monkeyfuck, but it's just Tuesday for the useful idiots that will merely go to the next target they are aimed at by their handlers.

Well it's like the saying goes, "where there's smoke, there's fire". Had there been evidence that there was truth to the rumors then it would be a very different story. Nobody should ever believe something just because somebody said it. Claims were taken,examined and pulled apart over and over to come to conclusions that people have now. We've yet to find any witness or alleged victim of Vic that seems credible and has a story that stands up to scrutiny. It also didn't help their case as you said when they opened their mouths and started shouting down anyone who challenged their story or asked them to produce evidence.

This is shaping up to be a repeat of what happened with Johnny Depp, which coincidentally blew up not long after Weeb Wars. He was despised by everyone after he was accused of hitting his wife. Come to find out it was actually his wife hitting him and he had photographic evidence to back it up.

Nowadays, outside of a few hardcore tumblr users, you won’t a negative thing about Depp.

No one personally knows the judge, he could do literally anything. However, if he takes that piece of shit at face value hes a bad judge. There are many things in there that will most likely piss him off, and presumably he will allow Ty's team to make a counter argument. We're coming fresh off of the Kavanaugh train, so anything could happen.

I doubt it.
Judges need to be impartial and look at things subjectively. The best way to do that is to look at the presented facts and evidence. That's key because literally anyone on the planet can make accusations and claim this or that and put it on a legal document, but without any kind of solid proof to back up those accusations, all it's doing is wasting his time. So far from what I've seen, almost every single one of their defenses has been debunked and countered at some point. Hell, we here in the Farms could probably make our own TCPA countering every single one of their points, that's how easy they've made it for us. But we don't need to because Ty knows what he is doing. Needless to say, Judges don't like it when people try to play them for a fool.

Jamie Marchie on the other hand stands a very good chance of getting out of this, unless Ty can somehow lock down her vicarious liability and conspiracy with the other parties.

Jamie's ultra double secret Discords and various other backroom BS that have been doc'd would seem to argue for her TCPA being denied as the conspiracy is there in black and white, IMO/FWIW.

AS for Judge Chupp ...

First he's a Republican, likely with a somewhat conservative mindset and in a conservative state. How would such a man react to the utter idiocy, subterfuge and bullshit? I think he would make damn sure Ty is on diamond solid legal ground by smacking as needed and give the snowflakes that rope to hang themselves. He has already seen, out of the gate, the crap KV's lawyers are pulling. Being human, regardless of his politics, that's not going to bias him toward them.

Since he most likely does not want this fiasco going on his record as eventually overturned, He's, IMO, going to be extra careful to dot the I's and cross the T's. And the absolute last thing KV's "evidence" and strategies will benefit from is a real life, non-twitter Judge giving them his undivided attention.

It will however, benefit Vic/Ty greatly.

The ONLY thing a judge cares about is not having their cases overturned on appeal. This guy will play it straight down the line giving both sides plenty of room to make their case. Anybody who thinks he's going to come in on Aug 8th and start hitting people with his gavel is sorely mistaken. He and his clerks are NOT reading this site, nor are they catching up on the history of anime. All they care about are the facts that are properly presented. Stop building yourself up for a fall.
