Jesus that Irish guy should be the one representing the women at the tribunal. He had Yaniv admitting he didn't have a vagina and had only male parts within three minutes. Interesting how much more respect Yaniv seems to have for a talk show radio host versus the BCHRT though judging by his behaviour.

That is probably because the radio host is giving him attention. The judge just listens to him.

For better or worse that lawyer is still a lawyer and is bound by certain ethical rules even in Canada. The last thing he's going to do is tank his career by going ham in a fake courtroom and blowing his clients chances to either win or win on appeal.

The lawyer asked the exact same questions but Johnny was protected by the court so he got to dodge. If you try that with a disc jockey they're just going to hang up on you and say whatever they want.

a few Good men was a good movie but it was a terrible representation of what happens in a courtroom even a kangaroo court.

This discussion on the show was really interesting, since JY began to flaunt his status as a protected class and discuss why women couldn't refuse him. I tried to transcribe it but I couldn't make out the parts labeled (xxx), my apologies.

Niall: So what you're essentially asking these women to do is you're asking them to do a service on you that they don't believe in. They don't want to handle a man's genitalia. Is that- Is that fair?

And the radio host is a man. HRT judge is female. Women exist to applaud Jonathan and do whatever he wants, or he makes them incredibly uncomfortable - which gets him off. No such fun with a guy.

HRT judge has allowed Jonathan to spout endless bullshit, lie obviously, use racist and sexist language, break the rules if the tribunal hearings repeatedly, and outside of tribunal hearings he emails the trial judge repeatedly with screeds about how meany-head wimen are making him feel suicidal by not doing what he wants. And the trial judge has sat like a prize pudding and allowed him to carry right on.

John has no respect for females. He knows emotional blackmail doesn't work with men, so he backs out if the conversation instead.

As has been noted by others, tribunal members also must dance around issues like that. Not because of any attempt toward impartiality but because of the ridiculous guidelines they've set themselves and because the veneer of Respect and Safety they must maintain.

If the tribunal allowed questioning anywhere near along the DJ's the progressives who support them would be baying for their blood tomorrow and demanding the tribunal's dissolution and that something even more cockamamie be set up in its place.

No one who has a job defending Diversity will stop at anything save the actual commission of a crime to defend their paid positions, and some will go even further than that.
