A ruptured ovarian cyst can hurt like a mother fucker. It actually does feel like your ovary exploded, so yeah, fetal position would be a more normal response. That said, it only really hurts when the cyst explodes and maybe for a short time after. It's not like it hurts for hours on end, and the pain would be gone before she'd even get to the hospital. As others have already said, unless she had an ultrasound before and after that confirms ovarian cyst exploding, there's no way to confirm that's what it is. Hell, ovarian cysts that burst when you get you get your period are super common, and most people don't even know they had one and just attribute the pain to cramps. But that's not speshul enough for Munchie Muncherson.
Idk. I’ll always use Deaf because it’s medically what I am, so seeing one that acknowledges some hearing loss is better than none at all I guess, but it seems weird to mention 1 aspect of that spectrum and not the rest of it. It’s not called the hard of hearing spectrum, it’s the deafness spectrum. Also it’s the Deaf community, so. Maybe people are just sensitive. Generally actual Deaf prefer it over terms like hearing impaired, and the only people I’ve seen say we shouldn’t use it are hearing people who think they’re rescuing all of us from the horrors of inappropriate language.
