General "Old Hickory" Jackson is a real man who at least fought in war, then later in life as President of the United States (and still bitter over his wife's death) he beat his attempted assassin senseless with his cane, and he was ahead of his time in his hatred of banks. Only thing Soye and Jackson might have in common is they both kick off the Trail of Tears, albeit most likely not in the same context.

I think the real question about Vic being a public figure really boils down to 2 things.
1) Can a local radio station playing some of your music be considered a public figure.
2) Can video produced by Vic that no one probably knows how popular they are be classified as a public figure.
The one thing I am curious about is can Vic be classified as a public figure due to his music even though there is no allegations related to his music side of things.
