I wouldn't get too upset over it. I don't think you can claim it's only okay to only dox people that you don't like personally. And sure you could claim that the people in KV are terrible people who might do harm to someone, but bear in mind that they'll make the same arguments about everyone in ISWV. I don't think any of the people who've been doxed have actually had anything happen to them.

It just means that they'd need to show that the defendants acted with malice. For someone like Marchi who admitted in a DM to having nothing and hoping that a minor would get raped so someone could come forward, I don't think that would be particularly hard to do.

Also, I don't see how a TCPA would stop the claims of tortious interference since those don't require defamation at all.
