I just wanted to add to this. Troons are obssessed with MMOs since it let's them live as a """""real""" girl that actually passes unlike their physical form. FFXIV in particular is absolutely rife with troons to the point where some say it's ruined the community entirely.

Some natal women can't conceive. Is it unfair? Yeah. They have to cope, and can usually find relationships with men anyways who aren't looking for kids. Sterile women still have way better relationship and adoption options than any trans though.

Turns out that focusing almost entirely on troons while ignoring much larger problems is good praxis? Nigga has a point, trans issues effect a rounding error amount of people while there are plenty other issues that get ignored in favour of screeching "REEEE LET ME DRUG MY CHILD WITH HORMONES". Also reminder that this is the same sub that had that fucking trans qt thread. Also they have a sarcasm bot because they're too spergy to detect it normally like regular people, would explain the amount of transgenders there.

Because apparently wanting to have biological kids with your partner is just "wanting to breed". I don't think they realize that people finding out they're sterile can also affect a relationship pretty drastically.

I had roommate who was 100 % infertile and this negatively affected her dating life even when she was teenager. While she was hurt by the rejection and it was sensitive issue to her, she understood why it was dealbreaker. Most people want kids, their own biological kids, and that was something she just couldn’t provide. It’s absolutely different to get into a relationship that isn’t what you are looking for than getting into a relationship and then dealing with unpleasant surprises.

Also while adoption is technically possible it’s actually a lot harder than people think. Main reason being that there very few babies needing a family and very many families looking for babies. This do number of reasons but mainly better access to contraceptives and single motherhood being more acceptable. International adoptions are also getting harder as even poor countries are in better position to take care of their own kids and are putting larger legal barriers to avoid human trafficking. There is a better chance if you are willing to take a special needs baby as those have less takers and some parents will abandon their child for being special needs. But the fastest and cheapest way to get a kid to take care off is fostering. There is huge need for foster homes especially for older kids.
