Twitter is the worst thing that has ever happened to reasoned discourse. Write an essay, or even just a blog post for gods sake. The point of a restricted medium is to breed creativity on how to use said restrictions to enhance the message, not cram your message into the medium regardless to the message's detriment. More words means you don't how to say what you are saying, not that what you are saying has more value.
If you can't fit the message in one tweet, DON'T TWEET IT. Either figure out how to get your point across in one message, or find another way to express your view.

Here he suggests that Trump is having sex with children in "concentration camps" and encourages people to spy on CSIS, the Canadian intelligence agency:
