That appears to be the extent of this unless I'm reading the code wrong. It also puts things in a DB...which doesn't actually help I don't think.

First of all, this really does underscore how embarrassing tgreg is and I don't know if he or the project originator realize this.

Considering he tweets on average just about every three minutes that's no real wonder. Kind of hard to write a motion or even do case research when you're on Twitter every waking moment.
Edit: Holy fuck, just look at this:
Last October he had one day where he tweeted 671 times. Assuming 8 hours for sleeping, eating, etc. that means that for the remaining 16 hours of that day he was tweeting a little more than once every 90 seconds. He probably spent the entire day just staring at his phone and tweeting like some strung out fucking addict in a crack den.

What is the point?

It's an elaborate, malignant hugbox. You respond to someone, if you're not careful about who you're responding to and how you're responding to them, you'll end up attracting at least a dozen other people who swarm you with the light they got from poser lawyers who upon further reflection are partisan enough that they've ceased to know what they're talking about, and that's either before or after one or two of said lawyers try beating you down with their very arguably ill-founded legal opinions. In the Spednaught, they won't be immediately ratio'd to death, so it appears as if they have more support than they actually do because they've been able to concentrate it within the Spednaught.
Pretty sure they cited it in Rial/Toye's TCPA.

Nah. They probably laugh at him, just like we do. Greg is an ass, and his law-splaining is an ass as well.
All I know is that after watching this debacle for over 5 months now, I will never, ever hire a lawyer that has "Super Lawyer" or any of its variations noted on his CV. I realize you should never watch sausage being made, but honestly, the showing from every single one of the so-called "Super Lawyers" has been extremely educational, and not in a good way.

No, her affidavit is going to get striken from the record because it critically contradicts two different affidavits that also contradict each other, one of them being issued by a guy who wasn't even there in '07...and also because it's likely that she's legit been diagnosed with BPD or somesuch, in which case she perjured herself from line frigging 1 of her affidavit.
