Good.

Now explain that in a way that can be used in a court of law, because apparently it might have to be.

I'm sure there's a way to do that, considering the image is just that bad. If for whatever reason they had to disprove it and didn't want to/couldn't dissect it with the more in-depth methods already pointed out on twitter, pointing out things like 'you can literally see the edges where he was pasted into the photograph' and 'he's an entirely different resolution from everything else in that image' can probably be done somehow. No one outside of the twitlaw hugbox would look at that image and actually think it's real.

Stan's welcome to come as well. There's kiwis on the table. Where did you first hear about the drama? Do you still keep in contact with that circle (not asking for any details there) or did you just stumble across it because of it making a mess on everything? I came across it myself by pure chance near the start because someone on my TL was kickvic and it annoyed me to hear the same old lines. (I have some old fujo friends I mostly ignore whenever they go on their 'vic man bad' spiels)
I got a heads up from someone that something was going on and warning me to be on the lookout for emails from 'tabloids' that might be fishing for info.

I used that fotoforensics website to have a look at that image. What do you guys think?

That picture is tripping me out. Vic is producing little to no environmental shadows despite there being two different light sources. Especially to the surface he's leaning on. But I'm not a master or anything.

What is entertaining me though are the comments on the original Twitter post.

Are you gonna be okay? I know that sometimes there are random triggers associated with what you found.

Of course our favorite Manjawnese Chin came`a barking around, comparing everyone's story to her harrowing volunteer job story

What a find. As a woman who was told to shut up and take it working around him at conventions for a decade, here's hoping that with time all but the trolls will come to accept that their hero let them down. Poorly.

This is why we still have good people like Matt Mercer and Johnny Yong Bosch. I have met Matt three times and he is nothing but an empathetic, honest, gentleman.

Yeah! FUCK those people who have had good experiences with Vic, Tora had a bad time (allegedly) once or twice!

I love their logics

That good ole’ Civ Macaroni right there. Funny thing is that he probably loathed George Michael for his “lifestyle” but had no qualms about cribbing the “Wham!” look.

Because of course, you can't have a classic "1980's" haircut nearly everyone had because a singer is gay. Wouldn't it be hilarious if Civ loved Wham! and George Michael? I mean, after all his Christian values are all but kaput right? Maybe he actually likes "the gays". There are a few people acting like Gen Z dorks seeing something "old". 'Vic in a mullet? EWWWW' yeah, that was the style, you sped.

I understand 100% what it felt like in regards to all of this from personal experience, but it wasn’t with Vic. It was someone else. I just want to say thank you for sharing your story. I know personally it’s not always easy to do.

Nothing has EVER happened to you except men (and women) running in opposite directions from you.

Personally I don't think we need to worry about the image. If they had any plans to make use of it they would have included it with the affidavit made by Michelle. They havent, because it wasn't provided because it doesn't exist, or it does exist and they cannot affirm its authenticity. After all, from what we can gather Michelle is not the one who took the photos, nor is she the subject of said photos so she cannot state with certainty they are authentic. They could have authenticated the photo during Vic's depo, but they didn't, even though they clearly wanted to link Vic to the highschool/michelle during the depo. This just leads me to believe that even the defense attorneys believe that this is a bad photo edit and are staying away from it.

A point that bears repeating as often as needed.

Yeah, I though the picture was already deemed a photoshop gay op. Why are you guys checking again?

No reason. I was just pointing out that the in depth analysis pointing out all the errors and the edge detecting is actually unnecessary, because it's such a bad shop that a casual, untrained glance will tell you it is one.

I also found a picture on Facebook from someone who was in Annie with Vic in '89, who kindly tagged him in it so it was easy to find. Compare how he looks in what is definitely him in 1989 compared to supposedly the same spring/summer as the picture Michelle posted. Look at his hair, hell even his face isn't quite the same.

This photo looks insanely off. All three of these people have three separate color grades. The woman in the yellow shirt is far more yellow than the lady holding up the sign. Vic is WAY too contrast in comparison to everything else. This doesn't even look like a case of varying complexions, just different lighting altogether. Vic is hardly emanating a shadow on that wall, even though his elbow says he is relatively close to it, and there's a freaking lamp by his face. Maybe it's something about the way cameras worked back then, and I could be off, but it just looks like these three figures come from entirely different situations.

I don't know.

It just doesn't make sense for the yellow shirt lady's head to be this small in comparison to Vic's, but also be further in the foreground.

This is what it looks like color-corrected, and it looks so photoshopped; it's insane. Where the fuck is all that light coming from the chick in the chair? Not to mention he looks like a giant in comparison to that chair. Not to mention the lack of shadow from the chair onto the woman in the back's shirt, but there's a shadow coming from the board she's holding onto her shirt. Also, why is Vic so dark here, especially compared to the middle lady? In the other pictures he's white as snow. Did he tan here? It doesn't make sense.

...I seriously think Michelle color-shifted the photo to compensate for how yellow the lady in the chair is. This is bullshit.

And Vic is not a tall guy at all, either.
