Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

Okay that could just be scratches or aging on the photo itself, but we have to look at the bigger picture. Overall, this looks fake. Look at the practical stuff: why is the shadow underneath Vic's chin so deep, but not the lady in the middle? Why is the complexion so distinct between all three of them, even though Vic isn't that dark, and the Lady in the middle looks practically yellow compared to the person in the back. Why is the lady in the middle so bright compared to everything else?

Just look at this shit.

As a FWIW, I used to do a lot of film photography and early digital but I havent in years. While I have forgotten a lot of it, one thing I know for sure is that although film and the photo paper can each fade and do weird things over time (mostly due to the aging process itself, although the developers and paper quality/composition play their roles) one thing they don't do is get selective on a per person basis. Blotching/banding and such are common, but not within any defined border like a skintone or one person to another.

And shadows are always a giveaway that something somewhere isn't right regardless.

This photo looks insanely off. All three of these people have three separate color grades. The woman in the yellow shirt is far more yellow than the lady holding up the sign. Vic is WAY too contrast in comparison to everything else. This doesn't even look like a case of varying complexions, just different lighting altogether. Vic is hardly emanating a shadow on that wall, even though his elbow says he is relatively close to it, and there's a freaking lamp by his face. Maybe it's something about the way cameras worked back then, and I could be off, but it just looks like these three figures come from entirely different situations.

I don't know. View attachment 858535
It just doesn't make sense for the yellow shirt lady's head to be this small in comparison to Vic's, but also be further in the foreground.

This is what it looks like color-corrected, and it looks so photoshopped; it's insane. Where the fuck is all that light coming from the chick in the chair? Not to mention he looks like a giant in comparison to that chair. Not to mention the lack of shadow from the chair onto the woman in the back's shirt, but there's a shadow coming from the board she's holding onto her shirt. Also, why is Vic so dark here, especially compared to the middle lady? In the other pictures he's white as snow. Did he tan here? It doesn't make sense.

...I seriously think Michelle color-shifted the photo to compensate for how yellow the lady in the chair is. This is bullshit.

The darkest thing in the photo is 1 foot away from an active lamp. Also his front leg is turned sideways, yet he has a calf muscle the size of a dump truck. Also said muscle hanging out to the right of it has no shadow cast on it yet the shin directly to the left of it, nearest the light source, does. What an odd photo.

It has been asked but it`s not relevant to the story and personal to me so I`ve chosen not to share. 🙇‍♀️
Alright that is no problem. Again my only experience with what is said on twitter is archives and screenshots here so was unsure.

I think this was debunked on the farms from the look of it and there is a whole lot of evidence on twitter.

Edit- The shop is so sloppy that fireplace burn marks went over his jacket

No worries! I was blown away by the size of these threads. Its easy to see where things could get lost. Also, apparently I am a 'boomer' and am unable to properly utilize the response functions on these boards.

Considering that two of the biggest players in these threads (Ty Beard and Nick Rekieta) are both memetic boomers, there is no problem here.

We GenX'ers (Ty included) should be offended by our erasure and exclusion. In our minds we are literally shaking right now. However we are strong and brave in the face of this generationism.

BIGOTS!!!!!!

Personally I don't think we need to worry about the image. If they had any plans to make use of it they would have included it with the affidavit made by Michelle. They havent, because it wasn't provided because it doesn't exist, or it does exist and they cannot affirm its authenticity. After all, from what we can gather Michelle is not the one who took the photos, nor is she the subject of said photos so she cannot state with certainty they are authentic. They could have authenticated the photo during Vic's depo, but they didn't, even though they clearly wanted to link Vic to the highschool/michelle during the depo. This just leads me to believe that even the defense attorneys believe that this is a bad photo edit and are staying away from it.
That and Jdolf is an incompetent Super Lolyer who files incomprehensible shitmess garbage to the court.
That photo again... It's an old photo, shot on a stage with stage lighting and prop walls, aged in a box, scanned and then uploaded, any "mistakes" and "discrepancies" can be explained that way, Don't make a mountain out of a molehill.
Thank you. I was about to angrysperg about our team of trained autists rehashing this irrelevant crap again. You said it better than I could.

Also, apparently I am a 'boomer' and am unable to properly utilize the response functions on these boards.

Up at the top of the page, there's a little bell icon (it will probably have a number next to it a lot of the time) which indicates alerts. A lot of these will be reactions (i.e. likes, etc.) by other members to previous posts, but if you read the messages, it will tell you what's happened.

The ones you probably care about are someone "quoted your post" or someone "mentioned you in a post" which if you click the link will take you right to that post. This will save you considerable amount of time so you don't have to navigate the threads page by page.

If you want you can further configure the alerts in your profile. Click on your profile up at the top and select Preferences from the drop-down. You can turn off the alerts for reactions which really helps to keep it clean. If you're mainly here just to respond to questions, it will probably help you make better use of your time.

Edit: If what you're describing is as @Shady Attorney states below, you can click the Quote button below a post to add it to multi-quote. Once you've done that to any posts you want to respond to, scroll to the bottom of the page below the text box that says "Write your reply..." and click the button that says "Insert Quotes..." (it will only exist if you have posts selected to quote) which will bring up a pop-up window which shows all of the posts you want to quote, will allow you to rearrange the order, or remove any that you no longer wish to quote. Clicking the "Quote Messages" button in that pop-up window will add them to the text field.

You're making the assumption that this photo existed before this year, even discounting the discrepancies the school itself flat out denies he was ever at their school.

Wow... it's also held on August 8th... Assuming that the other motions to strike will follow that really sounds like busy day.
I think he's taken a look at the growing mound trash pile of paperwork associated with this case and just wants to plow right through it.
Nice and quick, like ripping off a band-aid.
Question - can anything be inferred from the judge's scheduling? For example, does it imply he'll be able to rule quickly because one party (or more) are being exceedingly exceptional?
