Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

If the last six months of shenanigans hadn't given it away, maybe it's because she is exceptional.

It's like people who intentionally get really bad nose jobs or plastic surgery but still think it looks good. The only difference is that Monica did it with what's on the inside. Don't drink the social justice kook-aid kids.
I specifically remember Carey of BHBH asking Monica during the drop if she always had short hair, and I have to wonder if it was just a general question, or a jab at her "wokeness", per se.

W--what's the point of renting a voice actor's voice if they're not going to do character voices?

Normally, having someone with a pleasant voice (not this shrill harpy's screech though) that can put the appropriate emotion behind it for a commercial, etc. I would imagine. If you're someone like J Sean, you might want it for everything.

No property owner would want their voice talent to be able to use the character voice for anything else. You know there's some mischievous people (or even outright actual degenerates) that would get awful tumblr fanfics read by Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny. Imagine the shit that Metokur has been covering on his last few shows, only being read in the voice of a beloved cartoon character. No brand wants that.

I believe it's because at some point (maybe in their response) Monica accused Vic of pulling her hair all the time, including the first time they ever met. Carey was likely trying to call into question how that might even be possible if her hair is constantly cut short.

My first thought about that was maybe it was an intellectual property issue. But maybe she's just sick of people asking her to record messages of her singing whale songs.

Cool story but Schemmel is still a piece of shit for what he said to Kirby Morrow and when they disinvited that other actor. Morrow has been acting for years plus he studied drama. Schemmel ain't got nothing on that except being a flop musician with a shity haircut.

Also Kirby goes above and beyond for his fans. Just ask @P5Fever

Also this is first I'm hearing of Monica hating anime. She seemed so into it for years. (The Noir DVD interviews she seemed so interested)

Please. She's not Lindsey Ellis.

Oh wait on second thought
Sounds like Schemmel committed a bit of TI there.

Schemmel DARED TO MESS WITH THE SON OF A SHEPHERD:

Peter Kalamis, everyone.

Well she's still getting "work."

Justin Cook and Tobb Haberkorn will also be at this con.

Edit: David Matranga (Dub Todoroki) will also be there but not sure where he sits on the Vic debacle.

Honestly, it probably just pertained to the idea of him grabbing her hair. If it was always short, what did he grab? Short hair doesn't let you get that much, but it also makes it more obvious when someone does grab it. IF you have long hair, is there a chance that, maybe, it just got caught and tugged a little?

She specifically mentioned after asking that one would find it hard to pull hair if it was short.

Now I'm about as exceptional when it comes to interpreting legal language as Shane is, but it seemed that the contract that Nick read last night stated that ALL performances by the talent when under contract with Funimation belong to Funimantion. Makes me wonder if the act of recording her own voice is considered a performance, and if technically Funimation could claim all revenue from this little Cameo gig.

Is that true? Didn't Vic do VA for multiple companies at the same time? Or was RoosterTeeth related to Funi contractually?

Is this because your employer, Funimation, forbids it?

lonely guys will pay anything for minimal contact with a girl.
I'm too poor for that, so I just steal minimal contact with girls by waiting at a bar until a woman bartender serves me and when I hand the money over (for a small lemonade) my fingertips touch her palm. If she doesn't recoil in disgust it makes me feel loved for weeks. I'm such a fucking playa.

Have they always declined to do voice lines? I saw Barbara Goodson turn down a request to do Rita Repulsa.
