That's some bullshit, some company telling you how you can use you own voice... How did they even find out about the recording?
He clearly just made that answering machine message when he had a cold and just HAPPENED to sound like Batman.

Not as BS as you might think. Kevin Conroy's Batman voice is very distinctive and much different in tone from his regular voice (as Bruce Wayne, he speaks much closer to his real voice).
Thing is, due to the distinctiveness, he agreed that while his voicework is licensed for their use, he is not to use it in any other context they did not license him to use. They of course can't play Big Brother and listen to every syllable he utters to make sure of this, but if they catch wind of any deliberate use of the voiceacting for reasons outside of approved usage, he can be called on the carpet for it, since that voicework is a for profit work and is used in marketing and for brand recognition.
Voice actors almost never use their "everyday" voice for a character, they always add some sort of distinctive affect to the voice to give it a marked difference for the character archetype in question.

I was watching the deposition of Ron Toye and I recommend to go take a peak at it. Ron is so cringey and pathetic it's hilarious. Also at around the 2:56:00 mark things get pretty spicy. I apologize if I'm late.

She's ruined her hair with aposematic dyes and chaotic evil oozes from every one of her orifaces. She looked better a decade ago when she didn't have the weight she put on since then and wore her own hair, and even that judgment is mitigated by the revelation of her disposition towards people she's pretended to be friends with for over two decades.
I cannot not say this enough times: nobody would be making cracks at her looks if not for the fact that she's a terrible person who plotted to drive her so-called friend of decades into a grave. Ditto for Marchi, Ron, and anyone else who's been involved in stabbing him in the back.

Yes. R-law made a good point of Casey not talking with the lawyer in charge about his subordinate behavior. Low test Casey went straight for the weak target, an underling female that's about 90 lbs and a womanlet. Casey, like Ron, is a closet bully that uses social justice as a bludgeon rather than something to actually help marginalized people. Monica's deposition was less spicy but more interesting.
I didn't know that Monica was that ugly. I can never look at DBZ the same again.
