What if Jon’s pedo past catches up with him and he is thrown in jail. Will Canada put him in the men’s or women’s jail?

What if that is his new goal? He gets thrown in a women's prison and the female corrections officers have to strip/cavity search this ugly troon.

What's with JYs intelligence? I find it baffling how at times he is insanely stupid and child like (transparent sock puppets, bafflingly ignorant understanding of things) yet at the same time he is able to, clearly, research, investigate, and follow through with legal proceedings, using the minutia of law. Transcripts from the court are a perfect example.. It switches line by line between a completely idiotic and child-like comment, to something that shows he clearly understands the laws he's operating around. I don't get it.

Until recently he had the support of the Rogaine Ogre, who is fairly adept at fucking with people using the legal system, and may have had advice.

But consider this. The dude seems like he has an IQ of about 80 or so, a little over a standard deviation below average. However, he is from a population of Ashkenazi Jews who tend to have an IQ about a standard deviation above average. That would put him two standard deviations below average, so by Jewish standards, he's literally a tard.

Serious question: Is JY paying anything to bring the case to the BCHRT (counsel etc) and if he loses will he have to pay his plus the defendants' fees?

He's not paying anything. The BCHRT is set up to allow marginalized people to bring cases without having to pay for it (because cost is a massive barrier for taking discrimination issues to regular courts).

If he loses, he won't have to pay a dime, unless the the defendants request costs paid and the tribunal member approves that request, which afaik is really rare. They'll only get costs if they can prove misconduct or bad faith on JY's part in taking them to the BCHRT in the first place.

Well hopefully they'll manage to do that considering they're losing work having to come to court to testify.

Honestly, at this point it all comes down to whether or not Yaniv has worn through his generous supply of good will from the tribunal member (I can't spell her last name so imma just keep saying 'tribunal member' lol). There is abundant evidence of his misconduct, bad faith, the way he's targeting minority women, etc. that could all be used to justify costs, but ultimately it's a subjective decision that the tribunal member gets to make.

The tribunal member has personally communicated with Jonny multiple times (he emails her about his suicide threats and shit) and still took these cases despite the obvious conflict of interest, and the amounts of leeway she's given him (versus the restrictions she's placed on the defense) is unheard of, so... yeah, my hopes are not high.
 
Ah grim. I'm guessing she's not done a deep-dive into his previous form for racism either.
 
Does JY have fetal alcohol syndrome? No, seriously. I asked this in another thread but I don't think he has Downs, and I can't tell if he has the FAS flat face due to all the fat on him.

No. The BCHRT is a free license to harass impoverished people because the government picks up the tab for your harassment, meanwhile the victims of your harassment have to pay for their own defense.

And so far with Jonny boy, it's been the BCHRT's constant abuse of discretion to let him get away with his racist harassment without spending a penny.

If JY was killed by a lone gunman who was molested as a child and turned their rage against yaniv, would the troons consider him a martyr or sweep his story under the rug?

I could really someone who was molested by someone who resembles johnathan reading the paper forgetting to take their meds that weeks and blasting him with some buckshot. Even in cannuckistan you can own a shotgun right? When I lived in BC I recall all handguns were illegal.
