That looks like an gc2b binder which are pretty much impossible to injure yourself in and are pretty high quality for their cheap price. She does have the worst case of shelf-tits I've ever seen though to the point it's kind of like an Escher painting. I think her tits are so floppy that they're pressing forwards against the binder which is bulging it forward and doesn't hide the tits, just makes them look like regular tits in a sports bra. I have no fucking clue how to describe it, but it's throwing me for a trip.

It doesn't look too big, if it is a gc2b, then it fits her shoulders the way they should. Gc2b's sizing guide is based off of shoulder width along with flopper capacity. It already looks like its pressing into her serratus fat, so I'm not sure she could squeeze into a smaller size anyways.
I'm only assuming that it's that brand because of the way the collar is cut. The other big brand, underworks, has a wider, more oval-like, rounded collar cut. It doesn't look like one of the cheap chinese brands since they don't make them in Steph's size and if she found one for a manatee, they're mostly hook-reliant.

Nah, she wants to be totally passing as a woman but secretly have a dick because that's her fetish. The idea of being seen as a man (and looking like one) causes her as much discomfort and upset as it does any other woman, trans or cis.
Being seen as a man is devastating to her self esteem because she's not trans. She's just unhappy with her gross middle aged body and can't stand it and thinks it's better to claim that she's trans than to admit that she's let herself go and doesn't want to do the work to fix it.
