Interestingly enough, i checked a bit about this and got spanish sources about it (can translate the article if you want) but i will post the abridged version:
Both of the collaborated to get young colombian women from poor families and fooled them to go to Spain where they would be forced to do hardcore porn (one of the worst tapes a girl is constantly insulted by 3 guys and fucked afterwards) filming nearly 12 hours straight and getting paid 700 eurobux per session. Even the webpage was property of his wife (very clever move tbh). By the time he was arrested in 2011 they were already divorced and she was in the US. And he probably got double fucked because colombian authorities also want to try his ass.

Initially there was proof that they were in contact with Torbe and even a protected witness related how she was forced to film a video naked for one of them. Texts between them show they were interested in getting some of the girls he had for some fun, but there was nothing definitive about the whole thing and eventually the charges were dropped.
But things got really bad for Torbe when even his own actors and workers started to come out and say that he was a scumbag. This just came out when he started to turn away from porn and make "normal" films, so these aren't porn actors. Still, the accusations are there and they relate how he started to film a movie titled Putero y yo, parody on the famed spanish poetry book Platero y yo. Filming started in 2015 and after nearly a year of work, he wasn't happy with the results and planned on not releasing this film in which he sank 15 000 eurodollars. It was then when he denied the actors their salary and did his best in order to prevent them from reporting him from infringing the contract. As a sidenote, this woman might be worth talking about if i find something juicy because she's a D-list celeb that got catapulted to fame by fabricating an affair with another D-list celeb and filming a porn vid with him. Right now she has a store for baby clothes and manages an escort service webpage as well as defending any other D-list celebs on TV, one of the most notable cases was a female politician that was found out she made a few porn vids and took a lot of heat for that.
Soon it was found how Torbe and the two Ukranians (a man and a woman) did the whole thing. The guy was the one that put the money on the table and paid Torbe and his team to film the whole thing while the woman was in charge of organizing the filming.
