I thought Canadians were more into understatement than this.

RCMP are back and Miriam is having a freakout. Got everything taken out of her purse. Two RCMP are currently talking to her.

Edit from what I can hear she got her mom kicked out of the building. Fucking freaks. Cops are yelling at miriam

Edit more - I wish I could film this it's a total freakout

I believe our Supervisors have given you special dispensation to multiple post in this situation. Do tell. You're saying JY EVICTED his mom? And then the cops emptied her purse? Like in public?

It's hard to tell because she can't speak English. We need tax payers to pay for a translator for her.

Yeah the contents of her purse are over the ground.

Edit: just overhead the RCMP tell Miriam that JY lies to her all the time for attention.

Edit 2: drama is over. Miriam just walked back accross the street to her unit while JY yelled at her from the balcony that he needs his keys back. It was getting heated I thought Miriam was going to be put in cuffs there.

No surprise that Miriam and Johnny fight like crazy banshees on a regular basis. I bet Miriam will be crawling back, beginning Johnny’s forgiveness by tomorrow. These two are the most extreme case of batshit codependency imaginable.

I bet Jonathan will call her tonight and say he’s having a stroke or terrorists are after him and she will run back over ASAP.

I am curious why they had her dump her purse out. I wonder if Jonathan accused her of having a weapon or attacking him? Gotta keep upping the ante to get the cops out there.

It's not her first time getting the boot. If it follows the usual pattern RCMP will be back in the next 12 hours for a wellness and safety check.

I wonder too, I got out there too late to see why it was emptied

Clarification please, do you know why it's always the RCMP going over there? Does Langley not have its own local PD or is there some reason the RCMP are involved in what sounds like repeated basic domestics?

Seriously though, if this shit is as common as you say, it sounds like they're getting pissed though. Whenever the cops are repeatedly called to the same address to sort out some ridiculous domestic fight where no one obviously should be arrested, at first they help the two sort it out. "You leave, you stay, don't talk to each other" sort of thing but eventually, if they keep just getting back together and fighting and making the cops show up over and over, one day the cops say, "The next fucking time we get called down here, someone is going to jail!" and then the next time...

They probably can't just arrest one of them and iirc Null said he'd been contacted by law enforcement about Yaniv so maybe that's how they have been dealing with the frustration of having to constantly go out to the Yanivs.

RCMP is local PD. it works different here than states. Local municipalities can sign a contract with mounties to provide policing services. There are a lot of advantages and some disadvantages to having RCMP handle local policing. Generally only large municipalities see having their own police force as benefitial so like Vancouver has their own police force, I think Abbotsford does as well.

RCMP also are the federal police force so handle national cases. Outside of Ontario RCMP are also the provincial/territory police force.
