It's pretty weird. Black districts are created to get black candidates elected and then those districts are used to claim racism.

Wow, it does seem that near me the areas that went heaviest for Clinton are the nastiest ghetto areas and college areas -- so basically the dumb/uninformed or naive/brainwashed. The wealthier and/or whiter districts went hard for Trump, usually by a 10-15%+ margin. Rural areas are all almost no contest, with 70-90% Trump - no wonder they want to eliminate the electoral college; conversely, the rattiest most hopeless black ghetto areas are pushing 90%+ for Clinton. Fascinating!

So if Trump geeks up the black vote this time he definitely will crush all mofos in a fair tally.
