Two things: 1. Depending on who has a copy, we might just see selective releasing of the affidavit. 2. Seeing as the signing is in the Big Apple, I’m betting KV is banking on people showing up to give Vic a hard time since NYC is one of the biggest leftist hotbeds in americ

9) Defendants relying on allegations against Vic by people they can't and don't want to even bother authenticating as even making individually each allegation in PULL;
10) Casey supposedly coaching/signalling to Ron to say something to the effect of "I don't recall" or "I don't know" with the constant "object to form" bullshit; and so on and so forth

And this is just the preliminary stage of this circus. You have to be delusional or an amoral person to not see that one side of this case clearly is non-transparent and untrustworthy and probably also disrespectful ultimately to the plaintiff's legal counsel (in particular when Casey bitched about one of the Amazons) and very likely in the near future to the court itself. Fuck these people.

To them, this isn’t war. It’s a moral crusade. Also, if the judge can see through the games, he’d call it out weeks ago instead of waiting to do hearingson every filing.

The Judge doesn't get involved until one of the parties makes a motion. The attorneys are expected to resolve the issue on their own, and it's only ever brought to the Judge to make a decision when one or both parties can't come to an agreement.

I expect a lot of fireworks from Chupp when this finally does reach his docket. Better than an episode of Judge Judy, even

I remember the exat moment Chuck decided to flip back to the hard left. He'd spent a good couple of years trying to get into Pam Geller's pants and she finally told him to stop drooling on her over-exposed leather cleavage and tossed him into the anti-islam friendzone. It was an amazing time.

I'm trying so hard to keep up with this bullshit but my mind can't register the sheer amount of tardness without imploding in on itself like a fucking blackhole.

So...from my understanding...they are just outright saying the rumors about Vic's behaviors at cons are true, provide no actual evidence of them being factually true and then goes on to admit that if they are true that he pretty much just let him get away with it this whole entire time and did nothing about it if it was true, what??? Someone help me make sense of this, please.

I've admitted myself a few times for major depression. I'm wondering how this guy could go through the same stuff and still come out a completely arrogant asshole.

The article mentions several times how brave, honest, and important his opening up is. I wouldn't see it that way with me. It's some shit that happened that tons of people also suffer from. We've all got out stories.

But this fat cunt writes about suffering from depression and giving and receiving compassion and four years later he's online joining in a brigade against someone who's admitted to starting seeing a counselor and taking anti-depressants because his friends want him fucking dead?

In Kara Edwards email to Funimation HR, she said several things that are contradictory to her affidavit. She said after the leg/buttocks rubbing episode she "immediately reported it to Mary Reese". (highlighted in email in yellow). In the affidavit it happened on Friday and she states she didn't tell Mary until two days later on Sunday after "mary noticed i was upset"

In 2008, I attended a convention in North Carolina called Animazement. There, I met a voice actor named Vic Mignogna. It was a friendly interaction and we did several panels together. During one panel, he grabbed my leg during a funny moment- he then slid his hand high up my thigh, which I thought was just in jest. At a later panel- he seductively grabbed me in a “tango” dance move. I thought it was all a show for the fans- so I laughed it off. In hindsight, I realize those were his first “moves”. On the final night of the convention, we walked to our hotel rooms (which were next door to each other) together. He hugged me, which seemed normal at first- but the hug became more intimate and lasted a long time. I became very uncomfortable. I was finally able to pull away and I went inside my room. After a few minutes, I heard a light knock on the door in between the two hotel rooms. After several light knocks, they began to get louder and louder. I was frozen, as I knew it was Vic knocking on the door. Then they stopped. My hotel phone rang. It was Vic. He asked me to unlock the door and let him in, “It’ll be our little secret”. I reminded him that I was married and made a few light hearted jokes to ease the situation. I wished him a good night. A few minutes later, the knocks began again. He began calling to me through the door, “Let me in, Kara. You know you want this.” I ran into the bathroom and turned on the shower. I sat on the bathroom floor for almost an hour with the shower running. The next morning I flew home.

A couple of years later, I attended a convention called ShadowCon in Florida. At this point, I had run into Vic a few times at Funimation- and despite hugs that lasted too long and a few leering stares, I wasn’t too concerned for my safety. Almost immediately, Vic found a way to corner me, alone. He asked me to swing by his hotel room on our way to a panel to get something he forgot. There wasn’t anything. He sat on the sofa in the room and motioned for me to sit in the chair nearby. He wanted to see how I was doing since he knew I was going through a divorce. We talked casually, then he put his hand on my leg and began rubbing my thigh. I stood up and said we needed to go. He walked around in front of me- blocking me from the door. He got on his knees in front of me and grabbed my legs- rubbing my back thighs. He said, “Let me be sweet to you.” I was frozen momentarily but said again that we needed to go. He became more insistent, standing up and pressing his face to mine- whispering, “let me be sweet to you.” I broke away and left the room. I immediately reported this to the head of guest relations- Mary Reese. She said she’d stay with me personally so I couldn’t be cornered again- which she did. During this convention, I observed Vic yelling at con staff, creating constant scenes at every turn. When it came time for our autographs- he insisted I be moved to a different room, ensuring all of the fans would go to him and not me. I saw this as “punishment” for my actions and told Mary I feared for my career- as Vic was very powerful.

I can’t remember the dates/locations of these events- but I do remember the events. At one con, I met Vic’s fiancé, Michelle. She was very rude to me. Vic made it a point to tell me, “She’s so jealous of you. She knows how attracted I am to you.” I was so uncomfortable and made a point to speak to Michelle many times over the weekend, trying to assure her I had absolutely no interest in Vic. The next con I saw Vic at, he was again hitting on me. Trying to push him away while still being “kind” (as us southern women are taught to do) I said, “Vic- I know your fiancé”. He responded, “Come on, you don’t know her that well.” This was our usual interaction- him coming on to me and me trying to push him off.

A bit later, Vic contacted me to see if I was interested in joining his Star Trek series as a one time guest. I auditioned and was cast in the role of Dr. McKenna. When he was in town, we met for dinner to talk about the part. I was careful to keep professional boundaries- which clearly annoyed Vic. A short time later, Vic called to say he had recast the role and was giving the part to his fiancé Michelle. He told me she was so jealous of me, that she wouldn’t allow me to work with him.

My final interaction with Vic was last year, when he cast me in a small part in an anime he was directing. When I got in the booth, he made a point to shower praise on me to the engineer. It was very awkward, and reminded me of the many times over the years he made me feel uncomfortable or afraid.

I absolutely believe the allegations against Vic. I believe them because of my own experiences with vic’s sexual harassments and come-ons. I do not ever want to see Vic Mignogna again and will not attend any convention or work for any company that hires him moving forward.

Furthermore, I’ve told these stories to dozens of people over the years. Actors, producers, con chairs, engineers- and I’ve never been heard. I’m thankful that people are finally listening, but I’m gutted to realize how many of us had to be victimized to get here.

I hope appropriated action is taken, immediately.

Between the alleged abuse in 2008, and 2010, there are videos and pictures of the two of them before during and after with KARA initiating....the tango video, the video the very next day after she was so traumatized by his leg rubbing where Kara leans into his neck and wraps her arm around him and many other examples.

She claims trauma after the leg rubbing incident and yet then bitches that her table is moved away from his. "I was scared/terrified/frozen/shaking from his advances" but I want to be right beside him with my table cause....fans/money/greed/i'm exaggerating a perfectly normal interaction where a man made a pass at a woman, was rejected, and backed off. Yet years earlier and in an affidavit months later you are pissed because why? You didn't get the fame you wanted from the trickle of vic's fan line. You don't love your work, you love the fame and the money honey. Anyone reading between the lines of your complaint about being moved away from Vic's table can see it.

And those twins, what can anyone say...first a lot of this story has been known already. Sorry if you felt like you were some wikileaker Greg....you just kinda leak in general (hot air, urine, foul breath). These twins that tagged Vic in their tweets, flirted with him, were enamored by him, supposedly heard about his sordid history of secksual abuse....yet found yourself in his hotel room :thinking: There are two of you...young strong and virile as you make it known in your affidavit that you are two 22 year old girls and Vic is a senior citizen. You state this huge conversation where from minute one Vic makes it known to you what he's after...yet you don't, as a duo, get up and walk out. Your excuse surely isn't your job right? Like the other few? You claim fear, yet you're having a conversation with him. You're not curled up on the floor in a fetal position, you're conversing about how you are NOT going to have sex with him. Curious that all these years you've also been friends with the likes of oh...Monica, Ron, Jamie, Sabat.....and even find yourselves living with the soys. Weird right? Did Uncle Chris coach the affidavit? Some examples of names we've seen often....and the last one just cause it made me lawl
