You think this is bad? Just wait until the likes of Sabat, Schemmel, RT Employees, "Journalists" et al are invited to join the party. This nonsense has all come from four parties, two a pretend married couple, one a lowly VA, and the last the early stages of a company defense (which is corporate America one would expect to be at least professional. If Ty gets to depose and dig through Funimation's inner workings it will just get worse as people run for cover or scam their ways out. Sabat and any other VAs will blow a gasget in their defense, as they weren't just close to vic, they were managers. And if RT gets dragged in, or even just the likes of Miles Luna or Shannon, they may try to sick the more deranged (most of them) parts of the RWBY fanbase on Vic. If the TCPAs all fail, we are just getting started.Goddamn this fucking case is bullshit.
1) Constant delays by the defendants;
2) Constant almost last minute actions on the part of the defendants;
3) Defendants try to now use a section of federal law to throw out a case which doesn't apply;
4) One of the defendants (Jamie) at least 2 times if I'm not mistaken refuses to show up to a summons;
5) One of the defendants supposed key witnesses (Stan) calls her bullshit out;
6) Defendants and people who sent affidavits likely altered their stories and pretty much went way beyond the pale to paint Vic as so utterly reprehensible that any sane person must ask themselves why the hell did these people not throw the book at this guy years ago;
7) Defendants and other people either mentioned in affidavits corroborating their side of the story or simply cheering for them in the Twitter peanut gallery doing other reprehensible bullshit and not get punished at all for it;
Defendants lied about 100s of women coming forward;
9) Defendants relying on allegations against Vic by people they can't and don't want to even bother authenticating as even making individually each allegation in PULL;
10) Casey supposedly coaching/signalling to Ron to say something to the effect of "I don't recall" or "I don't know" with the constant "object to form" bullshit; and so on and so forth
And this is just the preliminary stage of this circus. You have to be delusional or an amoral person to not see that one side of this case clearly is non-transparent and untrustworthy and probably also disrespectful ultimately to the plaintiff's legal counsel (in particular when Casey bitched about one of the Amazons) and very likely in the near future to the court itself. Fuck these people.
To use perhaps an inelegant but Lemwah/SJW baiting analogy; Warsaw is under siege, France (Funi) cowers behind the Maginot, Russia (Iago) is currently in a false peace, and Fuhrer King Vic is on the march. Whatever the outcome of the war, we are just in the preliminary rounds.
