Why the fuck is he doing any of this. The court would also have copies of all of those documents. It would not be possible to even discuss them if they had not previously been filed with the court. The judge probably has already had someone else prepare all of this (and other documents) for him already.

Did Lemonhead's father get killed by a tree that he hates them so much as to pointlessly waste paper?

Well, Ty did say he will treat opposing council as well as he is treated. So I expect the collective idiocy should return an epic response over and above anything the judge will hand down.

And then the REEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! will be legendary.

I like Ty quite a bit. He seems like a nice, very gentlemanly person. But enough of that shit for these speds. He needs to go at these assholes like a pcp enraged monster.

I fear that Chupp is just going to side with the defendants and be done with it, Vic ain't getting a penny from anyone at this point. It's so transparent that they've all done this to royally fuck over BHBH to the point where Chupp gets pissed at Ty for constantly calling for hearings and sanctions.

If you think a Republican Judge in a Republican state is gonna auto-side with a Me-too scam after Kavanaugh, I dunno what to tell you. Generally, people right of Stalin arent into shirking their jobs. Most take pride in their work.

Don't think Chupp want's to be known in the legal circle as a guy who's willing to auto close a case because it started to get annoying, it would just lead more people to make frivolous filings if they had him to force him to file in the defendants favor just to end the case early.
It would be more logical that Chupp starts to place pressure on LemWAAAAAAAHHH to smarten up, especially with sending him emails instead of motions because he know's any motion to deny an continuous to the hearing would be rejected just due to the sheer amount of pages he needs to go through in their TCPA.

He might be trying to point out that under Hersh v Tatum it was ruled under supreme court that due to public interest the TCPA wins (in their case).
They are probably trying to point out that because of all the traction, interest, and story's being related to the MeToo movement that there is enough public interest in this case related to sexual assault that it should be ruled under the same ruling as Hersh v Tatum.
