He's proven through the 2 hearings so far that he doesn't care about either side and just want them to be civil and settle things like normal adults with a degree in law should. I doubt this is going to make Chupp see Vic in a bad light but rather the opposing counsel simply because their trying to go around the clerks job and give him their sappy story BEFORE the the court hearing related to it starts.

It's projection. They are the sort of people who conspire together and come up with talking points to be distributed from the leaders of the conspiracy to the followers, so they expect their enemies to work the same way.

It’s intentional and a never ending cycle. Random speds will take snippets of something Nick said out of context or wildly misinterpret it.

Law twitter swarms to dunk on them and they’ll then attribute the stupid thing some rando said to Nick.

If Nick shows up in the thread to ask them to point to where he actually said the stupid thing they’re dunking on they immediately deflect or stop responding. Then later still smugly insisting Nick said the stupid thing some rando said.

TUG seemed to get CG to guilt Jeremy into making a video/GFM. There was a random that tagged Jeremy on twitter calling him and others out for taking CG support and GFM money when Jeremy had a lawsuit, and shamed them for not stepping up to help TUG.

Jeremy was already having his nuts roasted for not blindly following EVS and vocally being neutral in the EVS v EWJ drama. So, he made a video and made a GFM for TUG, of which all of CG including EVS signal boosted.

So it's a big nutwashing party, because CG wants to grab the spotlight back.
