I laughed so hard when I saw EVS calling for a "code of conduct" and "uniting" things again. The lad is vying to make another nation, and it'll be intriguing to see who he takes it to war with
Codes of Conduct are so uniting and people immediately rally behind them.

I think EVS finally being forced to deal with War Campaign running gay ops and picking fights for a year and letting him take the heat for it is making him overreact just a bit. Dude just needs to get off twitter, he'll be happier.

I love it when there is video evidence of the things people have said about Vic because it always turns out to be a big nothing burger.

Whitney Falba wrote in her affidavit that Vic ignored what she had planned for her Fullmetal Alchemist panel and she clearly wasn't happy about that. Read her account of what transpired and then watch the videos. Look for the girl in the Edward Elric attire. That's Whitney Lynn Falba. When Vic uses her as prop to tell a drinking story between Monica Rial and Travis Willingham, she is laughing and having fun even though Vic has gone completely off topic.

Here is her Saberpilot account on Cosplay.com where she can be seen wearing that Edward Elric attire:

People were using jokey fake names, GoFundMe didn't like it (because someone complained most likely), and so refunded some of the jokey fake name donations.

This actually blows. It shouldn't matter to GFM. I suspect someone there might sympathize with KVers/SocJus and it's simply the least suspicious way to sabotage the campaign they could come up with.
Luckily, most of that money is already where it should be.

"How dare you record and upload footage of MY PANEL?! REEEEEEEE!!!!!"

Hey! Hey, Whitney!
Unless you explicitly told people not to record videos of your panel, you should have expected to happen anyway.
Recording panels what people do at conventions! Don't play dumb!

they have to be serious about this. donations from obvious fake names could raise suspicions about fraud or money laundering, and they definitely do not want to deal with that.
except if they use current donations to refund old donations.... well they are up shit creek without a paddle either way when the IRS finds out.

I seriously hope they actually did that for the sheer hilarity it'll cause.

Jeez, wouldn't it be just terrible if one of those non-practicing "academic" attorneys Lawtwitter is sucking off was a sex pest sanctioned by the bar of his state for having sex with not one, not two, but three clients he was representing, and had his license suspended for ten years?

(I'm still looking into this, but it's looking promising.)

Then why aren't they? The fact that you can freely enter whatever the hell you want with no verification, when such verification would be trivial as GFM already needs to do that for the actual payments anyway, means that it is obvious that people will use fake names, or things that aren't even names. Hell, are we seriously to believe that there's this Anonymous fellow running around, tossing tens of millions of dollars across multiple campaigns, multiple times? Why isn't that suspicious, but $50 from Lemoine's Mosquito Love Child is?

...would explain why he's non-practicing.

god i hope this pans out, this would be fucking hilarious and knock these losers down a peg.

Anime Milwaukee claiming FUNimation had no influence on them cancelling Vic's appearence while being sponsored by FUNimation gives me the the big think.
We do know that Bataan Casey is well aware of how Asians treat POWs and the resulting heartfelt nature of all "We have been kindly treated by the wonderful yellow people" statements they put out.

I would donate, but I want to consult with a lawyer first.
I want to make sure that such a contribution does not fall under the definition of "murder for hire."

In common law there's the old adage, "He got what was comin' to him." That's what would be happening with Ronald.
