Yes, it is a G6 transmitter specifically.

Pretty sure Dexcom is only FDA approved for patients with diabetes mellitus. Why does she need this? diabetic patients actually make treatment decisions and insulin adjustments with this data. I see Mary F as the inspiration for this. I also notice she is totally wasteful with these. Diabetic patients extend sensor life and treat sensors as items of value network on how to optimize calibration etc. I don't even see any of these girls using anything besides carbs to treat their hypos. I don't even see glucagon being used. Lots of people who are conscious, self admin glucagon. Dexcom sensors are the tip of the iceberg with these girls wastefulness. Sensors are expensive though and there are lots of tips and tricks to maximize effectiveness.

Looking through her Instagram I strongly suspect she is purposefully calibrating low to always make it look like she's having severe lows. Her readings are essentially flat lines between 40-70. She never posts any pictures of glucometers, just the Dexcom.

Skinwalker reported me to the reddit police and scrubbed her facebook within the last couple hours. Mom also scrubbed facebook. End of an era for me.
It was a valiant effort. We salute your sacrifices made. Here’s hoping (give me all the bows) an insider one day joins us to leak.

I think she's trying to nab an EDS dx again. Rheumatoid arthritis must not get her enough toys and pills.
She probably finally realised she can't fake her way into an RA dx. Iirc she wasn't being treated for it despite seeing a rheumatologist.
I don't see any swelling in her ankle, do I need new specs?

Nope, I can't see it either. Or bruising except a little on her foot. All I see is compression marks from her playing "doctor" on herself.

No swelling and no bruising. Definitely not EDS.

I'm sorry you lost Amanda skin walker. But remember, you may still run into her in the wild. I almost commented on how quickly she got her mcas/pots/eds Dx but then I remembered munchies get Dxed much quicker since they claim the Dx if the doctor merely mentions something is a possibility.

Call me soo dumb but I thought RA is usually linked with joint stiffness for a long periods of time in the morning amongst other symptoms so how can someone with dx of RA be also be hyper mobile surely these two dx don’t coincide?

Technically you could have both, since Hypermobile EDS is a genetic collagen defect and RA is an inflammatory condition. I’ve heard of patients being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and EDS; they just won the health lottery. The causation for pain in both of those conditions, RA or PA and EDS are completely different mechanisms and need different treatments. hEDS causes ligament laxity and pain is from overstretching of tissues. Steroid shots or treatments do not help EDS related pain. RA and PA are inflammatory mediated pain. EDS can also cause joint stiffness as patients age as early onset osteoarthritis is frequently found. But Rheumatoid Arthritis has biological blood rheumatoid markers and cannot be faked.

Yeah Nina, that’s what happens when you get fat and fuck up your hormones. Try getting your ponderous ass out of the wheelchair you don’t need and going for a walk.

The munchie arms race is eventually going to transform them all into ghouls from the Fallout series right?

I thought genetics wouldnt cross over there TIL. Wonder what quack gave Dani her diagnoses of RA then. Unless she actually has it??
I’ve seen some in truechronicillness and the rheumatoidarthritis subreddit claim that docs have gave diagnoses of RA even though there’s no blood work because I definitely have arthritis symptoms and have 10/10 pain etc.
I mean to say there’s probably people munching their way to a diagnoses of it somehow.

I though I’d start messing around with codegen.eu and promethease for science tonight since as I see so a couple of munchies diagnosing themselves from it.
(My evil doctor won’t diagnose me even though promethease says etcetc)

.....and well damn it!

How unlucky can a person get? Just throw the whole person away.

I didn't think she actually had an RA DX these are her meds:

Aristada - anti psychotic
Sertraline - anti-depressant
Amitiza - for constipation
Clonazepam - tranquilizer
Buspar - for anxiety
Miralax mix - laxative
Dicyclomine- for IBS spasms
Midodrine - for low blood pressure
Rantidine- to reduce stomach acid
Amitriptyline - anti depressant
Rizatryptan - for migraines
Aprepitant - anti-nausea/ vomiting
Amivog - for migraines
Tylenol - pain relief

Nothing for arthritis but amitriptyline is used for Fibro though. Unless she got her DX since we found her tube fed bookworm insta she's not being treated for RA. IIRC her blood work didn't show the markers and to have something like seronegative arthritis where the markers don't show up in blood her joints would be very obviously inflamed, we're taking clawed hands and feet, you wouldn't be able to fake it. I don't doubt that she went to a rheumatologist but all those psych meds make me think she's being treated for her 10/10 pain.

Today's video involves a charming combo of her positively dying due to joint pain, her doctor basically telling her that she's fine, and her magical recovery so she can do fun stuff with her friends.
  • Was sick with "liquid shits" -- it wasn't diarrhea, y'all. It was LIQUID shits. Fever. So fever. Such sweat. Lasted until the day before yesterday. Her poops are now soft.
  • Dad had to pick her up off the floor twice because she couldn't get up (I wonder if he watches her videos...)
  • Apologies for posting videos without intro and outro. She is so embarrassed. Her 25 viewers are probably rioting, everyone.
  • Orthopedic doctor: Wrist, hands, and "uhhh...my...what do you call them? Ankles." She thinks it's a nerve issue, but she's going to "the orthopedic."
  • Films her doctor showing xrays of her ankles. Joints look good, according to him.
  • She declares the visit pointless. She asks if it could be other issues, but he ignores her (hah). He told her to go see her Rheumatologist if she thinks it's a thing. He says that maybe it's her EDS, but she says she doesn't have EDS, but he said that she said something about EDS. Sounds like S-J is playing a fun game.
  • Stops by a high-end grocery store to get vegan beef jerky. Walks around without any issues, considering her crippling joint pain. Lots of sped up footage of her waddling around the store. Selfie shot of biting jerky.
  • Shows off her paint-smeared hands in her "studio area." Heart is "iffy." Diarrhea is still hanging around.
  • She has four appointments this week, so buckle up for that adventure, everyone!
  • Cried off her makeup at her friend's birthday celebration. She won't mention where she's going, but she's "not ashamed." No diarrhea or pain! It's a miracle! She is healed.

So, Flexeril’s closest relative is amitriptyline, just one molecule away. But it’s cousin is Trazadone, a tricyclic antidepressant. It is not a sedative. But, it does give a mild sedative like effect to make some people sleepy. (IIRC about 30%). So it is often one of the first line of treatments used for people who are having trouble sleeping, and used for nothing else, because it is very piss-poor at resolving most depressive symptoms.

So, ironically (or not), it is given to people who complain about muscle spasms because it just tends to make them feel relaxed and works on seretonin. Drugs like amitriptyline, cymbalta, and Flexeril are excellent at relieving centralized pain that’s coming from the brain and is from the body’s gatekeeping system being overrun with its own epinephrine. Amplified pain Syndrome is what that is usually called. It can be common in EDS, but also in depression, fibromyalgia (real condition) and other things.

Now, onto the juicy part. Trazadone and Flexeril can be a dangerous combination. They can both lower blood pressure, blood sugar and cause fainting, etc. What can I say... munchies gonna munch.

I got Trazadone when I was having serious sleep problems. You are correct in saying it's the first thing a doctor will suggest. Never had heard of it. It makes you feel EXTREMELY loopy and hungover upon waking. Took it twice and decided I'd rather have poor sleep than feel like I did tequila shots all night. Would rather have the tequila, too.

I though I’d start messing around with codegen.eu and promethease for science tonight since as I see so a couple of munchies diagnosing themselves from it.

Sibling works in med, and we fucked with this a while back. It really can bolster some Munchie bullshit as it's very easy for the system to spit out a slew of possible scary diseases.

Edit: wait i just thought of something. If she was getting IVIG couldn't that have given a false positive for autoimmune conditions? And then with her self-reported bullshit anorexia-induced weakness, numbness, and muscle wasting and a permissive doctor, be translated into a GBS diagnosis? I'm truly not smart enough to understand these tests.
You are 100% correct. Any doctor worth their salt wouldn’t believe anything autoimmune without repeated testing and possibly going off IVIG for said repeated testing. It is notorious for not only giving false positives like ANAs but also creating drug induced autoimmune conditions. But, ya know, what munchie is going to give up a positive lab test? They will just go to another doc and never mention they were on IVIG at the time. Problem solved.

Also KFS I humbly thank you for your service. This was a wild ride.

For having crippling joint pain she practically ran up those stairs at the ortho doctors. Didn't even use the handrail 🙄 Same at the fancy store, not using a cart or anything. For someone who claims to need a wheelchair she can really move. Riding a motorcycle too? It must be a miracle.

If those are her eyebrows after most of it came off how big were they to start with?

"Idopathic Hypersomina" AKA marijuana hyperemesis syndrome's brother. It is Again a diagnosis of exclusion from a completely normal sleep study.
It was my understanding that Hypersomnia was a dx from a daytime sleep latency study where the patient DOES fall asleep inappropriately just does not go into REM. Is this not correct? As far as idiopathic part yeah I’m assuming that’s an exclusion process.

Skinwalker reported me to the reddit police and scrubbed her facebook within the last couple hours. Mom also scrubbed facebook. End of an era for me.
Hey, at least you went out on your terms, and I am still impressed at your dedication to this one.

Haha yeh it does seem so according to them
I have risks of several cancers including melanoma, breast cancer etc, RA ironically looking at Dani. Behçets, Chrons, Thyroid diseases and diabetes.
Im not diagnosed with any of them things.

It is interesting now they have a % of the population (i guess the sample populations?) who had these markers and how rare it is. So many had like 50-80% which shows it’s bullshit as it means everyone virtually has said risk I bet.

I had a couple of “rare” genes I guess all that means is their sample populations weren’t wide enough?

I really appreciate these synopses, I can't stand SJ's videos. I'd bet money that she's laying the ground work for a 100% halal toilet video considering all her recent talk of having the squits.

The patient does fall asleep without good reason. Sleep study completely normal and rule out for narcolepsy. Often times a neurologist with board in sleep should involved as well. Medications and substances need to be ruled out. Often times patients with no other reason are positive for marijuana and/or opiates. The only case I've seen in question turned out to be true narcolepsy w/cataplexy. Every other person was sent back to their PCP for follow up/treat rather than Pulmonary. And we all know them Munchies gotta have the super special specialist.
