I’ve been thinking back, and it’s honestly really weird to think about how well Mumkey handled the original “cheating on Sheep” controversy compared to what he’s doing now. I wasn’t a huge fan of his channel, but I remember hearing about the drama, seeing his tweet and depression video, and thinking “Wow, this guy is dealing with this about as well as he possibly could.” What made him completely unravel and spaz out? My guess is on 3 things;
1) Sheepover left. I was going to crack a joke about Sheep’s pussy being the magic cure-all for lolcowism, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all to find out that she was an angel on Tyler’s shoulder before, taking the tard rage we see now and helping him channel and redirect it into the previous calmer Mumkey persona. Maybe Tyler has always been like this, we just couldn’t see it until Sheep wasn’t around.
2) The Meatman video triggered something. In all previous drama, Mumkey was able to rely on the fact that he had his fans. For someone who seeks validation from others to such a degree, it must be nice to get such nearly unconditional support from people who look up to you. But from what I understand, Meatman was a fan of Mumkey’s himself, and a fairly prolific one at that. Suddenly Mumkey’s fandom goes from a place he feels completely safe to turn to with his problems, to a place where he has to worry about “haters” coming to criticize him. Lacking that validation, he starts to unravel and paranoidly start to view all his fans as potential “haters.”
3) Drugs. Tyler started popping pillies like a rockstar and his poor brain couldn’t take it.

i don't buy into the 'mumkey is going crazy' stuff. personally i think his ego is so assblasted that he's doing crazy shit because he has no idea what else to do. usually when people get laughed off the internet they stay off for a bit before coming back. but since mumkey has literally nothing going for him offline, no life no friends and now no pedofur tail, he just keeps coming back and making a dumbass of himself. he wants to be 'redeemed' too soon.

I don’t think he’s having some descent into madness, but I do think he wants to play that idea up a bit because it sounds epic.
I think he’s just too agitated for his own good. A bit of a powerlevel, but I had a bad situation with a girl and some friends in freshman year of college. It honestly would’ve been something that would’ve died down pretty quick normally, but for some reason this situation got me triggered hardcore. I honestly think I was acting a lot like Mumkey is now; increasingly erratic, seemingly bipolar, and really fucking angry. And each attempt to calm me down or get me to step back from the situation just drove me a bit further up the wall. And of course my insane behavior just threw more fuel onto the fire of the stupid drama. I think what we’re seeing is just the energy of a naturally nervous person that feels completely consumed by a series of bad events.
But the truth is you’re not consumed by current drama unless you want to be. I took the next semester of college off, got a job and just worked to reset my system, and now I see it all for the stupid bullshit it was. I hope Mumkey can do the same.

I think most people have a point in their life where they have a sort of nervous breakdown like this over relationships failing. One of the reasons I was initially sympathetic towards mumkey was because I know what's it's like to have such an important relationship collapse like that and how you act irrationally towards people in your life afterwards. The difference between a normal person going through a rough patch in their life and this is that mumkey only has an E-life and no real life presence (no friends, job, or activities off the internet) so the whole breakdown was played out online. Instead of lashing out at his friends and familly he lashed out at his fans and e-celebs he used to work with, and the new bitch he got had her dirty laundry put out for everyone involved to see, complicating the situation further.
Maybe one day he'll clean up and apologize to the people he alienated (I refuse to support him or watch his shit again until he does this) but I find it unlikely now that he's in a feedback loop of autism and conflict that so many other E-celebs find themselves stuck in.
He has nothing in real life to fall back on, nowhere would hire him and his entire social life is online. He proved he's pretty fucking addicted to social media too, his break from the internet lasted less than a week. All of his online interactions are tainted by this drama so he has no escape.

I don't know how to feel about the situation with ABR/Jackie/Mumkey now.
I mean on one hand a lot of the texts were during when she was hysterical and drunk but on the other, I could be wrong, I don't know the exact timeline.
Mumkey might be being completely honest but the way he is coming off in the video and the way he's been for the last few months, makes it hard for me to trust his words.
Hopefully Rusty releases his video, it's at 600 retweets so it shouldn't be too far off.
Rusty seems like a nice guy who is level headed.
I'd trust Ben Saint but if Jackie is right about the way he treated her then I don't know if he would be the best guy to listen to.
