All those plants were dead within a month, by the way. Someone in his chat asked him how the plants were doing and he casually answered that they're dead because he forgot to water them, didn't have time for it. Nothing he could do! Any normal woman would have seen that as a sign of things to come, but Kat stuck by this dipshit who can't even take care of houseplants and nuked the relationship she was in to do so. The only plausible explanation for her sticking around was that Phil bought her all sorts of expensive gifts and was in general throwing his money around. The greed is massively strong. Also keep in mind that just out of pure coincidence, it was during the Summer of Kat that Phil was hinting at his major financial crisis that turned out to be the First Tax Saga. Oh, another nothing to see here coincidence was the fact that after getting bailed out by his paypiggies to the tune of $2,000+, Kat was able to move in, which he never explained how he paid for. She was in on the grift the whole time.

Phil already debunked the paying for Kat/no money for taxes debate. See, Phil spent all his money flying Kat across the country first, then he said he needed money to pay taxes. So obviously he didn't use the tax money on Kat.

If you think Phil should have paid his taxes first and then if he had money left over he could spend it on Kat, you are an idiot. That's not how responsible adult humans operate in the real world in modern era.

There's a lot about this fundraiser (the fact that he's calling it that, for one) that, as far as we know, got him banned last time. But whichever Twitch staff intervened on his behalf last time is probably still running interference, so Phil is probably feeling confident.

We're also getting a lot of belches, a bottle crush, stalling... he's really feeling himself today, probably pumped for the money train tomorrow. I'm really curious what will happen tomorrow if the goal doesn't get hit, but that seems unlikely at this point, the whales are circling despite Phil being at his most arrogant.

EDIT: He's freaking out and mashing menus because the music started playing when he booted Madden. He credits this to the music being obnoxious, but we all know it's because of THIS *autistic money-finger-gesture*

Phil claims he is always open to new fighting games, but there are none that match his description for what makes a good fighting game.
Please note that Phil has been told multiple times that Samurai Showdown is what he has described and is gaining more traction at EVO than MK11, but he's pretending it doesn't exist.

EDIT 2: Phil is having a total meltdown over the game continuing to play music. The game is a piece of garbage, EA are fuckups, this is all terrible.

Phils current GTA playthroughs all got copyright claimed when he left (got fired from) machinima and lost his managed partner status they were somewhat popular (read high in views and adrevenue) playthroughs that Phil now doesn't make a lot of money on or no money on so he's been replaying GTA's in the summer with the music off to spam back onto his youtube channel. but youtube is just an archive, a thing for fanservice, twitch is the current hot ticket on the gravy train atm

Ok, I'm new to OBS, but isn't there a button he can hit on OBS to just mute the game entirely until he gets to the menu? I've seen that in streamlabs (I think).

Edit: Several of the Madden players I've seen on Twitch this week have the game muted entirely and play a rap music playlist. Obviously the rap music wouldn't be cool on Youtube, but that tells me that there is an easy way to just mute the game in OBS, correct?

This seems like a classic case of being able to troll DSP by telling him the truth and letting him flip out for no reason. Someone should ask why doesn't he just mute the game in OBS so he'll go on a (apparently another; I missed the first one) rant about how "he shouldn't have to do that" and "EA is a bunch of dumbfucks."

This is like his "debunking" stream and his "wedding reveal" stream; he thinks if he argues semantics then not only is he not lying, but he can call other people out on being idiots. He didn't use the November fundraiser to move Kat in; he used it on taxes which just happened to free up some money that he could then spend on Kat moving in. Those were two separate pools of money, so all the detractors were wrong. Debunked!

Sadly, I can actually picture him thinking this way and not realizing why everyone still thinks he's a liar. Mental gymnastics are amazing.

This is not against TOS because he's only doing it with tips. He got in trouble before because 1) Twitch actually considered enforcement of any of its TOS and 2) he specifically said all bits would go to pay for whatever he was begging for then (taxes, I guess?). Thus he was directly making bits an instrument of revenue or what the fuck ever. Somehow the Minecraft "BUY THE NAMING RIGHTS" shit doesn't count even though he makes a direct comparison there too.

He's not because he's asking for tips, not bits. At best you could argue fraud, but then you'd have to be able to prove the fraud, so unless you're actually Phil's accountant or some shit, that's not too likely.
