Truth be told, Brina always had a bit of NPC shit on her ever since that mini interview video she did for Failmation about her character Mineta in the Dub of MHA where she mentioned privilege or male privilege in it.

So that counted as foreshadowing, unintentionally.

Yes, he moved back to Texas in December of 2018 or early January 2019.
Nick Rekieta stated the sad reason why is that Vic "wanted to work closer to his friends."
He may have finished packing shortly after the December Broly premier.

Was there talks of projects that otherwise may have gone directly to Sabat and instead been sought out for Vic's involvement? Or directing positions that Monica or Marchi may receive, gone to the more 'popular,' 'acclaimed,' Vic to oversee.

Had he mentioned that he wanted to more greatly focus on VA work, less acting and non profit fan productions, like Star Trek continues. His existence now a perceivable threat to their livelihood or positions, by proximity of his presence. That his charisma, charm, endurance, drive, factors which have allowed him to excel at conventions, now channeled into the company's projects. That kind of dedication, highly favored by some in management, to then seek more involvement from Vic, upstaging his fellow peers in upcoming VA work.

Was the role of Brolly, a sign to these VA's of encroaching involvement. Was there signs of a hierarchy shift within the company upon news of his availability. Did he just, up and move one day, or was it known for some time?

Had there been ongoing conversations that incentivized his moving back to Texas, and being closer to Funimation?

While Vic, and it can be clearly shown has done extremely well in the Convention scene, his attendance surpassing many by sheer number of guest spots. He, however did not spend as large amount of time in the studio as his 'friend's/peers'. And not rubbing the pole's of the 'upper brass' to get roles.

-If by, and as matter of opinion/speculation, but probable inclination. Had been subjected to or required to charm, suck or buck to get a recurring role, could very well be upset by the hypocrisy of the situation of being overlooked, demoted and or ignored. As to where the other individual could take the 'jobs' without subjecting himself to the brass, other by than appealing himself to the fans. Whom in which may lobby on their behalf to be apart of upcoming projects.

Envy, would only be the beginning of nasty feeling's I would harbor. Easily, later on festering towards unimaginable and unreasonable hate. And unfortunately for Marchi, Monica, Wendy and Kara. Vic's dick was not the gatekeeper they so desired. But, instead would be those gatekeepers, like one such (speculated), a pipe rub, wish fulfillment for possible exposure. Like lets say which may land you getting a "bestie girl" role.

The first scapegoat and warning to the others, not to take them "lightly" anymore. The warning to the rest, with "metoo's" power and influence, saying enough is enough. They assumed Vic had baggage like them. They could use him to thwart others. Except, they didn't go after the person or persons that may of done them wrong. But wanted to use Vic and what's happened to him, to leverage on their existing relationships.

With everything you guys, Nick, and Ty have dug up about these people, I'd be fucking amazing if they weren't completely and utterly stomped into the ground.

There's a downright overwhelming amount of evidence against these cunts that the Judge and Jury WON'T be able to ignore- and even if they could, these people have already been caught lying under oath, and have proven time and time again that every single person associated with Defendants have been perfectly willing to defame and lie about Vic!

Haven't ALL of the Affidavits been proven to be completely full of shit? How well do you think a Judge and Jury is going to take that piece of information when Ty explains how these people not only lied- but happily took place in MONTHS worth of defamation?

There are no 100% Guarantees in life- but what in the holy fuck could these idiots POSSIBLY HAVE to save their asses with everything stacked against them?

The only way out these people have is a stool and a handy length of rope.

This isn't the first time a NPC voices a character that conflicts with their NPC values, Monica Rial is far more infamous for this when you count three particular roles of hers.

Momoka from the Ghost Stories at School Dub, Stocking Anarchy from the titular Panty and Stocking (Co-lead with Blamey Harpy, and Sabat as Garterbelt), and most infamously Anna in Shimoneta.
