I don't know how useful this will be to anyone, but I downloaded the automatically recognized captions for all of Nick's videos. Maybe they'll be helpful if you're trying to search for something and can't remember where or which video it was in. The transcripts were originally in an XML format, but I also converted them to plain text files (with timestamps). If you have Notepad++, you can use the "Find in files..." option to search for text in multiple files, and you'll get a list of every hit in every file that contains the text you were looking for.

Note that the filenames contain the video's YouTube v-code, so you can quickly get to a source video by copying that code and pasting it into the YouTube URL. For example:

So I did some more searching and I found an obituary where Ty Beard and Louis Owen served as pallbearers at another man's funeral.

It seems likely that Ty Beard has been giving estate planning and other legal services to Louis Owens and his foundation for many years now. Nick's mother, Celeste, serves on the board for the 'Louis and Peaches Owen Family Foundation' and providing services to the foundation is probably how Ty first met Nick.


And there we have it. Nothing groundbreaking but it does give some nice background on Nick and how he likely first met Ty.
