Does Susie's face look really fucked up to anyone else?

Tbh at first I thought she might be a tranny or something because her facial structure looks all weird, kind of like something you would see on a well-camouflaged-but-not-camouflaged-enough-tranny.
Then I realized without makeup she looks like a failed Bjork, and there are pictures of her as a child with the same facial traits and long hair so she's not a troon.
Would probably help if she wasn't the same weight as Arin, the way the fat lies on her face makes her look so uncanny to me.
