Is this the place to talk about that PhilosophyTube fellow? I think he might be the worst out of all of them.

I posted about this in Nyk's thread but I think I'd better go into PhilosophyTube's new video and how misleading it is in this thread as well, since Oliver is considered a BreadTube elite:

PhilosophyTube posted this video about having suffered some form of domestic violence at the hands of his (now) ex-girlfriend. He also announced his intent to do a Livestream to fundraise money for male domestic abuse victims. ContraPoints is in the comments underneath this video praising Oliver for coming out with his domestic abuse story.

Why I distrust the claims made in this video:

- The video is very impressionistic and there is very little concrete information in it. Oliver doesn't give any concrete facts about his relationship to this woman - when it started, how long they had been at it, whether anything happened to his girlfriend that caused her to change her demeanour towards him. Oliver merely drops hints as to what happened. For example, he mentions off-handedly that they were practicing BDSM together, and that he still has a drawer full of BDSM toys from their BDSM sessions together. We don't learn anything at all about his girlfriend, whether she was the same age, race, in the same school as him, also an actress, anything that would give us a clue as to the potential source of this conflict between them that supposedly disintegrated into domestic violence.

- Oliver Thorn claims that he was scared of his girlfriend and that even his mom had told him that she had never seen him this scared of anyone in his life. On the other hand, Oliver brags in his online actor's resume that he has undergone military training and that he has studied and practices judo. He also makes sure to mention in his resume, twice, that he likes to shoot guns and that he's specially good at shooting rifles (so, does this mean Oliver have access to guns in the UK?). This is all proof that Oliver is trained in rudimentary self-defense techniques and knows what to do if physically attacked to ward off or disable an assailant. If his girlfriend really did raise a hand and hit him, how long did it take for his self-defense training to be triggered and for Oliver to pin her down to the floor? Tellingly, he doesn't disclose in his video what happened after she hit him (did he run out the room, did he fight back?). Not to justify domestic abuse of any sort, but Oliver is one of the few people who actually knows what to do when attacked, so why doesn't he disclose whether he was able to put his self-defense training to good use? Were all those judo classes for shit or what?

- There has been a lot of ongoing speculation online about Oliver Thorn and Youtuber ContraPoints/Nyk having a secret love affair. Nyk has travelled several times to the UK to visit Oliver, and Oliver too is suspected to have visited Nyk in Baltimore (Oliver was assumed to be the mysterious Mr X who pours Nyk a drink in one of his Livestreams). Neither Nyk or Oliver have ever confirmed or denied these ongoing rumours within their fanbase and have allowed their fans to speculate wildly about their alleged secret affair, with their fans even making fan art depicting Nyk and Oliver as a couple. During a recent Livestream Nyk said that he "misses the UK" and said that he didn't want to elaborate on this. What Nyk did not disclose is that he visited the UK in 2018, the year that Oliver was still in that relationship with the woman who then allegedly hit him. So was Nyk either a bystander or maybe even an instigator of whatever happened between Oliver and his ex?

I personally suspect Oliver's break-up must've had something to do with Oliver getting closer and closer to Nyk but hiding this development from his ex, who either noticed it overtime or discovered it (for example, when Nyk visited Oliver in the UK) and got frustrated about Oliver keeping her in the dark. It's basically just like Oliver and Nyk are now hiding the true nature of their relationship from their audiences, leaving them to speculate wildly about it. I can readily imagine Oliver being just as sneaky and secretive about Nyk in his private life towards his girlfriend as he is towards his audience. Remember that video (which I didn't watch, I only read about it on Reddit) where Nyk had a scene where he was complaining about a sexual partner who won't hold his hand in public? I still wonder whether Nyk was talking about Oliver refusing to hold his hand in public. I am not suggesting that Oliver is the kind of extremely shameful, extremely insecure, extremely secretive person who would refuse to hold a trannie's hand in public even while fucking them in private. I just wonder whether Oliver's budging relationship to Nyk had played a role in any of this breakup. There's a precedent for this, in the way Nyk effectively destroyed the relationship between Youtuber Theryn and her fiancé Louis, whom Theryn was about to marry when she allowed herself to be seduced by Nyk. When Nyk entered the frame and Theryn cancelled her wedding plans to become Nyk's fuckbuddy-assistant. I would not be at all surprised if something similar had occured between Oliver and his ex because of Nyk seducing Oliver like he had had seduced Theryn away from her fiancé. Again, I am not saying that's what happened, I don't know what happened, I am just pointing out that there is a precedent for Nyk being some kind of a cyber-homewrecker. I don't know whether Nyk actually enjoys breaking up couples, I do know that Nyk is from a broken home (he spoke about this in his interview with The Distributist) and that he passionately and very literally hates the mere idea of monogamous commitment, so maybe breaking up couples is a way for Nyk to re-enact his own broken home and a way for Nyk to confirm his idea that monogamy is hopeless and every couple is doomed to break up.

Anyways, let's hope that Oliver's ex will make a video in response to Oliver's video and explain what happened from her perspective. This could turn into some delicious salt, especially if Nyk turns out to be implicated like in the Theryn/Louis break up.

Nick Mullen, the main host of cumtown, was roommates with Amber Frost of Chapo, while being friends with the other hosts too I think. She used to be on some of the epsiodes in beginning, and so have 1-2 other hosts of chapo.
They were decent on cumtown, but its not enough for me to check out chapo.

Also, contrapoints was on chapo back in November, which made me want to listen to them even less.

After discovering that elite BreadTuber PhilosophyTube apparently doesn't even know the exact date he's supposed to have attempted suicide a year ago (despite making two videos about his suicide attempt), and is now curiously messing up the dates of his alleged suicide attempt, I got suspicious and decided to do some online research into this guy. Here's what I found:

(Note: Oliver supposedly said on a Livestream that he has legally changed his name from Oliver Lennard to Oliver Thorn. If anyone has the link to the Livestream where this claim was allegedly made please share so we can fact-check). His real name is Oliver Lennard.

Which political opinions is Oliver Lennard now trying to distance himself from post hoc? Interestingly enough, before he became the censorious Orwellian reality-denialist SJW cult member he is today, Oliver used to be an atheist skeptic who wrote opinion pieces defending the right to free speech online and opposing British government attempts at censoring speech online. Could it be that the real reason Oliver adopted a new name because he did not want people to look into his online past and learn that he was once a pro-free speech atheist skeptic? Upon learning this, people would inevitably ask wonder he ended up making such a 180 and joining the SJW cult. People would also question the hypocrisy of Oliver now passionately supporting online censorship when he was once so eloquently against it.

I am unable to find any open source information about his military association under the name "Oliver Lennard". If anyone can help with this please do.

I also discovered that a year ago, Oliver got invited to The Hague in The Netherlands to give a lecture to students on the topic of AI in warfare... but why? Maybe because Oliver still maintains his military connections even and despite now claiming to be a civilian Youtuber and a stage actor?

Why on earth would Oliver of all people be invited to talk on this topic of "AI warfare" specifically? Maybe because Oliver, as a former soldier and as a Youtube-approved agitpropagandist for the SJW far left - someone who according to The Guardian was selected and trained by Google's NextUp program to do this, no less - he knows all about gaming the AI algos to conduct a form of "psychological warfare" on the hapless population?

Whatever the hell is going on here, I still want to know why Oliver Lennard, "Oliver Thorn", "Jack Tomms", or whatever the fuck he calls himself this week, can't seem to remember the exact date he's supposed to have attempted suicide a year ago.
