Probably not. For instance, MOUNT is not an MS-DOS command. It is a DOSBOX command to mount a local directory as a drive viewable in DOSBOX.

If you were over the age 11 you went to "Space Academy". "Space Camp" is/was for kids under 11. There also weren't any parents at the "award ceremony" just kids and the camp counselors at a faux-graduation ceremony. They gave out a couple of awards for like the pilot/commander person that read the book but nothing like what John is lying about. The kids flew in from all over the country and when it's over they flew home. As if parents are going to spend extra money on plane tickets to attend a two hour summer camp ceremony lol...

Good eye. And I know why. The Blaster IRQs are set on DOSBOX boot. You can see it in my screenshot. Probably a stock configuration. You can't copy it easily so Wu retyped it omitting the =. Not to mention mounting CD-ROM (again, with a target host device being D:, lol, surely it's Wu's Mac) and not using it.
