He has also made explicit threats of physical harm against a mother and her children that live in the same building. These are just a few.

7. Checks the page 656 (at the time, the newest page).
8. Goes back to page 655 and realizes all the stuff he's posted is now in this thread marked as having been made by him.

End of session. There's been no subsequent activity from that IP.

@Null has done this. As the admin, he not only witnessed the criminal activity but is privy to vital information that proves the identity of the offender.

Individuals don't "file for" or "press" charges. The police investigate crime reports and provide the crown counsel (like a state prosecutor?) with a report and recommendation of charges. The crown then decides if and which charges are to be followed through on and will lay charges upon a person. If there is a crime in progress (as during the taser incident), or a concern for public safety - the police will take the suspect into custody. They can only hold a person for 24 hours before they let the person go or bring them to court for a bail hearing. The police may release an individual on a "promise to appear" in court - meaning that you will be called to court and if you don't show you'll be arrested. This is generally done for low flight risk cases to keep pressure off the jail system and with the understanding that one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. If you do wind up with a bail hearing, generally the odds are stacked against you. You're considered a flight risk, or a danger - and you have to first prove that you shouldn't be detained until your hearing.

Wrapping all this up - Yaniv was release on Monday with a promise to appear. That means there will be a hearing at some point. Yaniv posted some crap earlier Thursday about a reporter, but turns out the reporter has video evidence of Yaniv and Miriam being aggressive. Then Yaniv showed up here Thursday night and started spewing death threats.

Pretty sure Yaniv is going to have another visit from the Police. Hopefully the reporter can also share his information with the police to help underscore the pattern of violent behavior.

There's a huge difference between being to contact the police about a crime as a witness and the police acting on it or prosecuting the suspect, though. Canada also has a right to face one's accuser built into its system. There's no reason not to inform the police about the latest chimpout but if I had to wager, based on their previous dismissive behavior when Yaniv assaulted someone who wanted the police (who were right there) to act, I don't see it going anywhere with an anonymous victim.

Intriguing. One of the pictures he posted does feature an Asian woman, but the shot from GirlsGotCream from this thread probably does not. I'm pretty sure GirlsGotCream only ever featured Russian models, and not even ones with noticeable Tartar or Mongolian admixture.

Joke's on him if he thinks @WGkitty is a Chinese woman- 'she' is actually a jacked Ukranian male bodybuilder.

Having watched him slowly mature as a cow from the day he submitted that random and idiotic DMCA request to try and hide his thread to this, is fucking hysterical. Never did I think he'd be getting raided by RCMP then and now this.
