Was he? I only heard people screeching that her HAD to be a Bi Option because he's OMG SO BI-CODED and GRABS BYLETH'S HAND DIFFERENTLY ACCORDING TO GENDER, but nothing about actual game data actually confirming it.

(I also ask because I remember people LYING about similar things when Fates was released, straight-up saying that Azura and Silas were the real bi options rather than Niles and Rhajat... and then some people checked on the game files and found zero evidence about it)

Supposedly it was. A few people who had early release have stated that Claude and Rapheal were suppose to be bi options in addition to the other three Male Byleth has. I think this came about mainly because Female Byleth has five bi romance options in comparison. I know was tumblr was bitching because besides Linhardt, Gilbert's s rank was vague and wasn't marriage but barely hints at him being in the closet and coming out and Alios was pure bait and switch since he hooks male Byleth with a random female villager.

Claude was considered bi due to a lot of the flirtations he gives to a male Byleth as well since he'll flirt with both but given the fact he's charismatic and is a schemer I could buy he was just charming male Byleth. How they got Rapheal to be bi I don't know. If early source code shows it was then I suppose it would be like Linhardt's and have no dialogue change to either female or male. Again it was all hearsay.

I see! I still find it very suspicious : we learned pretty early who had the S supports with Byleth AND some people mentioned rumors with CASPAR being a prospect bi dude for Byleth, but this is the first time I head people claim that Claude and Raphael were oh-so included in the cut and then discarded (as compared to people shouting "CLAUDE IS SO FLIRTY HE'S CODED BI!!!"). If that happened, we would've known pretty much on the spot and ESPECIALLY considering how near everyone wants Claude to be bi - partially based on their woke version of "bi people are slutty" biphobic shit, but whatever.

Thanks for the info anyway, we'll have to see. Whether it's true or not, eh, tough shit - Claude is still not bi for Byleth in game, news at 11.

The most unsettling thing for me is Mickey's outfit. Goofy and Donald look mostly normal, but Mickey just looks wrong. Like they couldn't do a short sleeve shirt or something? I can only hope that Donald has pants.
