I thought patreonis were supposed to get the superior content, not camgirl crap. That really is a DSP move. Dark would do little 20 minute private camgirl "podcasts" where he talked about a subject of your choosing. I don't think he does them anymore, because sitting in front of a live audience is more lucrative.

That's a little rough on a guy in his situation, given that he's still trying to rebuild his subscriber base on youtube. But I believe that anybody who offers early-access or paywalled content should be prepared for their customers to leak the content to others. It's like offering a product with your signature and expecting it not to go on ebay.

Legally speaking, Mumkey's claim of Assburger being a rapist is inadmissible as hearsay. Now if Assburger was suing Jackie for calling him a rapist, Mumkey's testimony would be fine as it would be him reporting on something he directly witnessed. In this case though, he merely heard something Jackie said while not under oath, which is meaningless from a legal perspective.
