Ick! Just reading a weeks worth of Yaniv’s tweets makes one yearn for the days long ago when Witch Burning was a fun and recreational community pastime. I think the greenside was a rental and his unit at Hawthorne was his first purchase? Also he didn't own his mom's unit, he's just lying. They wouldn't let someone under 55 own in that building. It's possible he's thinking about moving in with his mom but these townhouses are so up and down and have so many stairs I don't that old bag of bones or fatty could live there.

I don’t know what Yaniv’s unit cost, and if he also bought his mother’s unit (he claims to own both in yesterday’s Facebook vid) but he sold his Greenside townhouse for $475k in fall of 2017. So he could still be working his way through that money, though I kinda doubt it.

He didn't say he owned Miriam's condo, only that his name is on the deed for it. If she were to stroke out and need assisted care for the rest of her life, he'd be able to sell the condo to pay her expenses, and if she dies, he doesn't have to probate a will to get the condo part of his inheritance. Her name may be on his deed for the same reasons. I don't know about inheritance taxes in Canada, but having joint ownership might be an end-run around those, too.

Ya according to the LOLsuit and JY's dox, there's an "elderly aunt" who lives with Miriam in her apartment on the 4th floor at 8880 202nd Street Langley BC. Well as of December anyway. Unless the aunt is totally senile and being abused, she probably high-tailed it back to Israel.

Maybe the aunt kept Miriam in some kind of check when there. In the Feb-May time period, Jon was whining about how his family was being "disowned" when it might have been them rallying around to get this sister out of Dodge. It'd explain why Miriam really had no public appearance before wheeling Jon into TOL in May and then going balls-out.
