OK, pragmatic FYI, trying not to powerlevel too hard here: I'm a senior exec at a multinational (tons of those, hence still anon) and in charge of multi-million contracts.

As the saying goes: "IANAL, but": do take this seriously!

Much as I'm personally in it for the lulz alongside everyone else: this is the kind of shit that - if this happened to occur at work - would make my in-house counsel get all twitchy and ask for my red lines due to them wanting to settle. Desperately so.

In 'Merica especially, you can almost guarantee that should they see something like Yaniv, with his history and the fact that he prolly can't even afford the services of a back-alley ambulance chaser, the notion of dropping even a nickel on this would be laughed out of the room.

If I had to guess, this was written by a friend of the trans community who is attempting to tame him because of the damage he is inflicting on the cause. Through social media we can see how these people interact with, (coddle), him and it lines up far better than him writing it. He has no self-awareness - this does. He is not articulate - this is. He never uses such unbiased language. Also, repetitive use of the word nor is indicative of a writer older than 40. And finally, the email came from an account made specifically for this purpose to maintain anonymity.

Not quite. I'd rather predict that some poor individual who may or may not be the actual @WGkitty (TM) might find themselves in a position where, all things considered, the most rational response is to settle because it's a whole lot less painful and massively better value for money than an prolonged legal battle.
