The @Shadeshrimp soundcloud uploaded to the megathread on 12/22 of Jon apparently to these FB makeup admins explaining how The Screenshots were him just trying to "fit in" and it was really, no really, an American paramedic who goaded him into saying any of this.

He then DMCAed the shadeshrimp screen with his real name, which testified that in fact he said that. The shrimp then just uploaded it directly and it's now all over YT. Verified as being him thanks to his DMCA.

There is no case here. He wouldn’t even know who to sue. He can’t sue the owner of the building because they have no involvement over what their tenants post online. He can’t sue all the other tenants because there’s no concrete proof any one of them posted this stuff. He can’t sue the building because it’s made of bricks and doesn’t give a fuck. No lawyer will take this case on for him because who would they even serve? And because it’s moronic.

Notice how Yaniv is switching targets. Just a few weeks ago he was attempting to control his entire country using legal actions, and now he can not control what happens in his own building.

If you stick that thing in the hallway he would never notice it and you would be able to record and dumb shit he inevitably does to you.

He actually thought Canada’s Finest was going to go all secret police and do a thorough search of all condo owners in the building, one by one, checking their electronics to find the person logged into kiwi farms, without any kind of warrant or legal grounds to do so.
