I don't think /pol/ gives two shits about BreadTubers in any fashion. In fact, I can't recall any threads where the replies said anything more than "OP is a fag." Occasionally, they'll reply to a Three Arrows video, but beyond that, they ignore the rest of 'em. Even ContraPoints doesn't get that much engagement despite being /r/BreadTube's darling.
I should qualify that the
earliest mention of the term "breadtube" on /pol/ actually was in reference to a
creepy fetish site about bread that started and ceased activity in February 2016. Said /pol/ thread received no replies, so it can be reasonably presumed the term "breadtube" as we know today didn't exist until 2018. It was around that time that left-wing content creators seriously started investing time in producing videos on YouTube.
