I know that Snufkin was based off of a male lover that she had a particularly deep fondness for. I think his hat, too, was based off of one the lover owned. It's rather sweet, honestly.

I can see improvement mainly on posing. The new characters seem to interact with each other rather stand in close proximity. Also the more varied body types work with the better posing especially the tiny guy looking adorably awkward. Where the new pictures otherhad looses hard is in coloring. In the original every character have nice personal color scheme that look nice on their own and go well to together. The new other hand looks like a mess, no consistency in colors and their skins look for lack of better word dirty. Overly heavy blushing (witch doesn’t go well with some of the expressions) and dark freckles, just look bad especially on the darker skin tones. Makes it look like they have some skin infection and/or tons blackheads. This not helped by lackluster cell shading, the original with bearly none looks way better. Also the new tiny feet look awful.

Because most of them are Americans. They don't know nor care words like "nationality" exist and, as any sjw, they don't actually interested in learning new things about other cultures, they care only about skintones. Character can be only black or latino (dark skinned and hairy only). Asian also, but they turn all asians into blacks, so who cares.

So I was searching for an old nuzlocke playthrough of Pokémon (:autistic: I know), only to discover that people were now making entire webcomics based off of them. But of course, they mostly pander to the SJW crowd.

Some of the comics feature moe/gijinka characters, so you may probably tell where I'm going with this.

Why do Tumblrinas always draw transgender men with humongous abs and visible top surgery scars? I can imagine that they would fade with age.

After reading a few comments on similar Pride artworks, I'll never understand people's in-your-face attitude of including an "all LGBT cast, no horrible cis-SHITS~! uwu" LGBT will never be normalized if people don't treat it as a simple part of a character's identity, rather than something to flaunt around or to be seen as superior.

Also note the leg hair on the female character.

How is there already a comic based on Pokémon Sword and Shield? Aren't these games not scheduled for release until Christmas? And of course the protagonist is "nonbinary" aswell.

Even the Pokemon have vitiligo now.
The woman on the left is supposed to be Jasmine, who's Japanese.

It's a shame, some of these people have great potential in both original storytelling and artistic skill, but ultimately end up being the exact same in that they all virtue signal. In a fancomic that's based on a children's franchise.

Years ago I liked the original nuzlocke webcomic as well as this one for pokemon white. Granted I haven't looked at either in a very long time but I don't remember anything SJW, which is painful because I didn't realize that this genre was yet another thing being co-opted
