True, I suppose what I was thinking about were the similarities between Wendy using woke speech and accusations of ‘homophobia’ to defend the clear abuse of her child and the statements of politicians and activists in the 1970’s/80’s comparing gay rights (equal age of consent etc) to pedos being ‘misunderstood’ and discriminated against because they can’t abuse kids. Agree both symptoms of the same thing and disgusting.

That's the most likely scenario.
NAMBLA has long been considered a Gay rights groups. So this is where the Gay=Pedos stigma comes from. Gays should be petitioning that gay rights groups like GLAAD denounce and disassociate with NAMBLA.

Sansa received a ferocious beating as punishment from Joffrey as well. I get the impression Desmond gets something similar if he steps out of line. Something is seriously off about these drag kids.
Most of their parents yammer on about letting their kids be their 'authentic' selves. I find it quite hard to believe that a boy's authentic self is a actually a women dressed like a caricature of a whore, dancing in front of a bunch of pedophiles. No one who isn't some sort of fucked up deviant wants to see a young boy performing in drag. Drag is for adults.
I get that some boys are a bit feminine and enjoy music and dancing. But what is wrong with signing them up for normal kid's dance or music classes? Making a kid perform in a seedy bar is all kinds of fucked up. Who goes to a bar and thinks, "I'd like to see a nine-year-old dressed like a sleazy hooker in here!"
