It's mostly stuff like art books, soundtracks, postcards...that kind of stuff. It can be worth it if you're particularly into a series, but their price for products can be a bit high even for the die-hard fan. For instance, the new Fate/Stay Night movie has a basic edition that's $50 US, and a limited edition with a soundtrack, art book and the like for $80 (though technically they're actually $40 and $70, since they're only really available on Right Stuf and that's their "discounted" price). Even with the bonuses, that's an awful lot for a Blu-Ray.

I peeked at his twitter and it's probably just a troll or someone talking shit to get a rise out of people. If you go back through his tweets he claims knowledge or expertise of too many things to be real. There are some older hot takes that haven't aged well either.
The account is from 2013, but only starts posting in March 2019. If he really is running some kind of "script" it's something he got from someone else. I think this tweet in particular sums it up rather well.
