Look, I know people REALLY want him to be scamming for gibmes but he's very likely not and these fantasy stories about how "hey maybe, in this extremely unlikely scenario he could be..." Just no. Do you guys seriously believe everyone who bitches hard enough will just get free money for life? It doesn't work that way.

Not everyone, by any means. But I can see it with Yaniv. Where I am there is a notorious crackdown on disability benefits, people with terminal cancer getting told to go into work, people who are too disabled to make their appointments getting cut off from their income, there have been multiple cases where people with genuine, severe disabilities have suicided after getting denied benefits.

Yet I know a total fucking sociopath scumbag without any disabilities whatsoever (other than being a sociopath) who is on maximum benefits for the rest of his life. I know the guy who went with him to his disability benefit interview. Apparently it was laughable and the witness could barely keep a straight face, there was no way that his pretence at disability was believable. But the scumbag knew how the system worked and he'd figured out what boxes to tick, and he succeeded in scamming the system.

Tell me that doesn't sound exactly like dear Jonathan. I'm not going to pretend I know the details of the Canadian system, I'm just going to make a general statement that if some way to scam lifetime disability benefits exists within that system, Jonathan will have figured it out. It's exactly in line with his talents.

Okay so it is now Monday and time to get the ball rolling on things.

So 1 I need a lawyer from Canada to DM me. I tweeted that but so far nobody has reached out to me. So I will just ask my question here and perhaps someone out there can find the answer for me. So I have documents. I want these documents to go from me to a 3rd party (random internet person or news outlet like say Rebel Media) and to get into the hands of HRT.

However I need to know as the information is not publicly available when first brought up would the HRT be able to include it as evidence or would it be considered fruit from the poisonous tree? See on one end I am certain the moment I give it to say Rebel Media and it just so happens to become public from there and a "concerned citizen" presents it to HRT it should be good as evidence but because the literal origin of it had to be obtained illegally as it is medical records would HRT even allow it? Canada has some fucked up laws and HRT is a kangaroo court so I need to know.

Now something else I had done and this is something I had kept on the back burner and was waiting until today to mention is I was able to reach a few people I did not mention out here at first. Something I wanted to keep up my sleeve until today. This is in regards to anyone living in the same building as JY or his mother. If several of you were to seek a lawyer and state you feel JY and as residents are making your home an unsafe environment you could attempt to pursue him legally the property owner legally. Essentially forcing him to evict them from the property. With constant cop cars and ambulances showing up, threats from JY to sue the owner of the property as well as noise complaints. Not only at this point could the owner very likely evict both JY and his mother but legally I think it would be very clean.

Obviously going around asking "who wants to possibly go after Bob legally?" is a big mistake however I will try to see if there is a lawyer in JYs area that could take a case like that and post it here when able and anyone who just so happens to live on the property and sees this tired of JY and his mom can contact said lawyer privately without exposing who you are.

Now the HRT and Jay Cameron. Once I hear back on the documents issue I will be contacting Jay Cameron as well as the HRT with 1 of 2 possible emails depending on what a lawyer says. Now regardless of what the lawyer says I am in fact contacting them either way. Just a matter of if I am going with the initial email or if I am going with a different email essentially stating the same thing minus information that wasn't publicly available.

JY stated on July 17th he was intersex at a HRT hearing. However he also stated during that same hearing he had both male and female external genitals which is literally impossible. Now that hearings transcript was made publicly available. Furthermore JY himself has stated publicly on his social media he has a period. Once again publicly available. Now to top things off JY has stated he is disabled however with recent videos of running after scooters and swinging pink canes (yeah very lady like. Just need a pink pair of brass knucks and a spiked Hello Kitty helmet to match) he has clearly lied about being disabled which would mean anything he stated while being questioned at the HRT hearings loses credibility. Now if the HRT is made aware of this they will likely try to sweep it under the rug. Them as well as Jay Cameron are made aware of this though and the HRT is made perfectly aware Cameron also now knows this JY will NOT be winning their case. Period.

However it is only a little past 2AM as I am typing this and this is something I am still going to be keeping tabs on all day. By this evening (like anywhere between 10PM and like 3AM JST at the latest) I will have everything sorted for everyone keeping up with all this. My goal overall is to see to it JY either goes to jail. Loses the HRT case and never is able to pull fake discrimination cases again or his life gets beyond screwed up due to all the crap he has put countless others through.
