He won't be arrested until the police conduct a thorough investigation to see if there's enough evidence to press charges (I'm hoping they google his name) and then they have to get a warrant from a judge. It will take more than a couple hours for them to do this. He's probably playing vidya or smearing his feces on the walls of his apartment

Seriously, it takes major guts to tell someone that you've been sexually assaulted, and I'd think it'd be especially hard if your molester was a family member. And given the upbringing the poor girl's had, I'm amazed she was able to tell anyone.

Why would they fix his teeth? It's my understanding that they don't fix "pre-existing conditions". Unless he gets shanked or falls deathly ill the state is under no obligation to provide him with care.
